"No Mom! I'm not going anywhere with him!" I yelled at the top of my voice. I slammed my fist on the worn wooden table and glared at my hungover Mother. The sound echoed loudly around the open room. She pressed her finger to her lips, asking me to be quiet.

"What's going on in here?" Mr Lee strolled in and I instinctively backed away from him. I stepped just behind my mother and hid my body from his intense stare. I was praying somehow she would protect me.

"Felix doesn't want to go fishing with you dear. I tried to tell him it wasn't up for negotiation but he doesn't want to go." She muttered in an irritated tone. Her fingers were pressed to her temple, massaging small circles into her head. I was sure it was throbbing now.

"Why not Felix? You always seem to love our fishing trips!" The glint in his eye told me exactly what he had planned. Leeknow had refused him last night. If I went now I would probably be tortured like never before.

"I-I," I gulped and my eyes darted around wildly, trying to find an escape from this room. Why had I come down here alone? It was the one thing we agreed we wouldn't do. He was blocking the only exit from the room. There was no escape.

"Spit it out my boy. I don't want there to be secretes between us!" He gave me a friendly smile, but it didn't feel friendly. It felt like I was a deer and he was a tiger, smiling at me with razor sharp teeth as he sharpened his claws, ready to pounce.

"I'm not going back to that fucking room!" I screamed so loudly I thought my vocal chords might actually tear. My mother jumped at the sound and span to look at me with wide concerned eyes.

"What room? Felix what are you talking about?" She asked with a worried frown on her tired face. Mom had aged centuries since we had offered ourselves up to Mr Lee and come here. It was as though he was sucking the life out of my once vibrant mother.

"Oh isn't this a pleasant surprise?" Hyunjin and Leeknow shoved past their father one after the other. I was beyond grateful to see them. Leeknow stood beside me with his soothing hand on my shoulder, whilst Jin stood just in front of me. His hands were sunk deep into the pockets of his pants and he pressed his back against me slightly. Shielding me from the predator that stood in front of us.

"Will someone answer me?!" Mom shouted as She slammed her hand against the table. Had we got it wrong? Did she really not know what Mr Lee was forcing us to do?

"That room, Ms Lee, is the place of nightmares. Namely mine and Felix's nightmares." Leeknow had this new found confidence in front of his father and I wondered where it had come from. I turned my head and looked at him. He was... calm? This was unlike him. He usually quaked at the mere presence of Mr Lee in the house. Now he was finally speaking to our shared trauma?

"Leeknow. Please. I need to be the one to tell her." I said softly. If mom was going to hear about this, it would be from me.

"If you say another word." Mr Lee ran his hands over his messy hair, trying to slick it back. His evil glare landed on us once more, and I shuddered behind him.

"F-Felix?" My Mom's eyes were upon me and she looked like she was about to break down.

"M-Mom. These fishing trips, aren't fishing trips. I-I..." I stopped and rubbed my face with both of my hands. This was far more difficult to talk about than I ever thought it would be.

"Say another word, and you'll regret it." Mr Lee spat angrily. Mom jumped slightly and looked back at him.

"Dear? What is going on?" She asked flatly. She was getting irritated quickly and I could tell. Hyunjin turned to the side and held his arm out to me. I stepped forward and rested my head in the crook of his neck.

"My precious boy. You can do this. This is the hard part." He whispered into my ear as he squeezed my shoulders. I gulped again and looked between the four expectant faces as all eyes landed on me. I decided not to talk. Instead I slowly lifted my shirt, revealing the healing horrors beneath.

"Oh my gosh!" My Mom recoiled in horror as her eyes fell upon my scars and still healing bruises. She reached out but I pulled my shirt down and buried my whole self into Hyunjin. He enveloped me in his embrace and gently rubbed my back.

"I'm so proud of you my little ray of sunshine." I squeezed my eyes shut and hid my face. I was ashamed of all of this. I was so pathetic and I hated it. I used to be strong and brave. He had reduced me to a snivelling child.

"Ms Lee..." Minho, to my surprise, lifted his shirt to reveal his own set of horrors and Mom looked positively horrified.

"Wh-What have you been doing to our sons?!" She screamed as she stood. Her chair flew backwards, narrowly avoiding us all and she glared at the sorry excuse of a man in front of her.

"It's called tough love Haemi. Maybe your Jisung wouldn't be such an arrogant little pig if you had tried showing them who was boss!" He yelled back. I winced and pressed my hands to my ears.

"Yah! Dwaeji!" Jisung appeared and also shoved past Mr Lee.

That was his snapping point. He went to throw a punch, but luckily, Jisung was expecting it. He whipped around and caught his wrist firmly. I could see both of them shaking as they struggled for power over the situation.

"That was close. You almost caught me out." Jisung smirked and threw his hand down. Where the hell had all this new found confidence come from? Everyone seemed to have been drinking it, except for me. I was the only one still terrified here and I felt like they had all gone crazy.

Had they forgotten this man was a killer?!

"IF YOU EVER RAISE YOUR FIST TO MY BOY AGAIN I WILL KILL YOU!" Mom's rage had finally unleashed itself. Finally it felt like she understood what the monster had been putting us through.

"Aww, come now, my cute little bunny, don't be like that." He said as he composed himself once more.

"Boys. Out. I need to have a serious conversation."

"Mom wait. I need to tell you something else!" My voice had finally found itself again and the words blurted out of my mouth before I had even considered what I wanted to say. She stopped and looked at me.

"I'm warning you Felix." His voice was low, and angry but I didn't care. This might be the only chance to really get my Mom to understand what had been going on.

"Th-That room. It's a place where they force Min and me to do stuff. Adult stuff. With gross old men, and each other. Even if we do what they want, they torture us." Words were falling out of my mouth as I relayed the horrible reality that had befallen me and Minho as of late. It was like an unending river, detailing every misdeed he had committed against us.

"So you see Eomma, this is why you walked in and saw me ready to fight him last night." Jisung sounded overcome with emotion and I rushed to him protectively. I pulled him away from the monster that was beginning to show itself to the world and held my brother protectively. Leeknow's arms surrounded us.

"Why?" She asked quietly.

"He was trying to take Leeknow..." His voice cracked and I wanted nothing more than to stop this nightmare.

Maybe now we stood a chance.

"Boys. Get in the cars and go wait for me somewhere safe please." Mom's voice was unnervingly calm. I didn't like it at all.

"I'm not leaving you alone here with him." I protested angrily.

"Felix! Now." She slammed her hand against the table and I flinched. There was no talking to her when she was like this.

The battle between Mr Lee and us had well and truly begun.
