Conventions

Genevieve: "Here you go."

Matt: "Ah, thanks" he nods, taking the bottle of beer from her "Are you sure you wanna knock this wall out? Might set your time frame back a bit."

Genevieve: "Good thing I don't have a time frame." she hums, leaning against an old dresser

Kelly: "Why not just use the bedroom across the hall? It's already big enough."

Genevieve: "Because I can still hear the traumatizing sounds of my parents consumating their room. Every...night" she nods with a tight smile on her face, making the two men chuckle "Plus this is my old room. Wouldn't feel right not sleeping in it."

Matt: "Alright."

Ryan: "Hey."

All: "Hey."

Ryan: "Ready to go? Got all the paint downstairs."

Genevieve: "Yeah, come on." she nods, heading down the hall with Ryan and Kelly beside her

Kelly: "What's this room?" he questions, pointing to where faint letters are taped to a closed door

Genevieve: "Oh, uh...that was my sister's room."

Ryan: "She's not gonna be mad, you're basically demolishing her room?"

Genevieve: "Nope. Not one bit."

Kelly: "You need help packing up anything inside? There might be something she'll want."

Genevieve: "Trust me, there's, uh, there's nothing in there" she sighs, making the two give her concerned looks "Come on."

Beginning to head down the stairs she stops in her spot when her phone begins going off. Sighing to herself she checks the message, making her face fall

Genevieve: "I gotta go. Duty calls."

Ryan: "Go ahead. We'll lock up when we're done."

Genevieve: "Thanks."

Voight: "Don't tell me."

Antonio: "Her name's Charlotte Matthews. Everything matches from the victim two days ago."

Voight: "Commander."

Commander: "Raped?"

Voight: "Yeah."

Commander: "And the ear was cut off?"

Antonio: "That's right."

Voight: "There were two rape-murders in New York six months ago similar to our two. We've been in contact with the detectives there." he informs as the Commander nods, motioning Hank over to the side to talk in private

Commander: "Now, there are 600 reasons why I didn't want you in charge of this unit, but there's one main reason why I did...cases like this. You understand me?"

Voight: "I do."
