All: "Happy birthday dear Daniel. Happy birthday to you."

Voight: "Happy birthday, kiddo. Come on, blow out that candle. Ready? One, two..." he blows along with Justin as Genevieve, Erin and Olive cheer "Good job. Yay!"

Erin: "I can't believe he's a year old already."

Genevieve: "How are you getting so big? Huh? How's this happening?" she hums, lightly tickling Daniel's stomach

Voight: "Ooh, wait. Time for presents."

Justin: "Oh."

Voight: "That one's from me."

Justin: "All these years you kept this?" he hums, pulling out a wooden horse

Voight: "Your mom did. She kept all your baby stuff upstairs in the attic, just, you know, hoping one day she could pass it along."

Olive: "Hank, it's perfect."

Justin: "Yeah. Thanks, Pop. I wish Mom was here too."

Voight: "Yeah."

Genevieve: "She would be so proud of you. I know I am." she smiles, standing from her seat to pull Justin into a hug

•••

Voight: "There you go."

Justin: "Just six more months of getting top marks in training, and I'm eligible for signal corps officer."

Voight: "I'm really, really proud of you."

Justin: "Means a lot, Pop. Thanks." he hums, raising his glass in cheers

Voight: "So you were in town last month, huh?"

Justin: "Yeah. Yeah, I was seeing a friend. Only had, like, a day and a half, otherwise I would've reached out."

Voight: "Mm."

Justin: "Don't." he chuckles, shaking his head

Voight: "So who's this friend?"

Justin: "It's my son's birthday, Pop. I don't feel like being interrogated, okay?" he nods, standing from his seat as the three women enter the room, Daniel babbling

Voight: "There he is."

Olive: "Bedtime." she informs, leading Genevieve and Erin upstairs as the latter carries Daniel in her arms

Justin: "And besides, I'm not a kid anymore. I can handle my own business."

Voight: "Yeah." he hums, pulling out his phone which begins ringing

•••

Kevin: "Hey, Sarge. We got one dead female. Found in the trunk."

Joseph: "A park district employee was closing the gates. He was about to have the car towed when he noticed blood on the rear of the car and called the police."

Jay: "Victim's hands and feet are tied with barbed wire. Throat's cut. Fingernails are gone, too. I'm guessing she fought back against the assailant. He knew there'd be DNA, so he yanked them off."

Voight: "Cartel hit?"

Antonio: "Or Russians. They've been known to use barbed wire too."

Erin: "Mouse ran a work-up. Car's registered to the victim. Her name's Melissa Wilds."

Genevieve: "Only 26-years old." she breathes, shaking her head

Erin: "We got an address."

Voight: "All right, call Ruzek and Olinsky. Tell them to go over there and do a knock-and-talk."
