"Oh, lucky me."

"All our work is gone. Ultron cleared out. He used the Internet as an escape hatch." Bruce said as they stood in the lab, Tony looking at the broken robot.

"Ultron." Steve repeated quietly.

"He's been in everything. Files, surveillance. Probably knows more about us than we know about each other." Natasha spoke up.

"I'm comforted now." Alina said sarcastically, leaning against a glass panel.

"He's in your files, he's in the internet. What if he decided to access something a little more exciting?" Rhodey asked, waking forwards a few steps.

"Nuclear codes." Maria chimed in, cleaning a wound on her foot.

"Nuclear codes." Rhodey nodded. "Look, we need to make some calls, assuming we still can."

"Nukes? He said he wanted us dead." Natasha mused.

"He didn't say 'dead'. He said 'extinct'." Steve stated.

"He also said he killed somebody." Clint spoke up.

"There wasn't anyone else in the building." Maria replied.

"Yes, there was." Tony disagreed, making a hologram of a broken Jarvis appear in front of them.

"What?" Bruce asked quietly, walking towards the hologram. "This is insane."

"Jarvis was the first line of defence." Steve said, his arms crossed over his chest. "He would have shut Ultron down. It makes sense."

"No. Ultron could have assimilated Jarvis. This isn't strategy. This is... rage." Bruce corrected as Thor stormed into the room and picked up Tony by his neck.

"Oh, this got more interesting." Alina mumbled, straightening up.

"Come on, use your words, buddy." Tony choked out.

"I have more than enough words to describe you, Stark." Thor fumed.

"Thor. The Legionnaire." Steve snapped and Thor threw Tony to the floor.

"Trail went cold about 100 miles out, but it's headed north. And it has the sceptre." Thor explained. "Now we have to retrieve it, again."

"Genie's out of that bottle. Clear and present is Ultron." Natasha muttered.

"I don't understand." Dr. Cho started. "You built this program. Why is it trying to kill us?"

Tony then started to laugh to himself, Bruce shaking his head at him, silently telling him to stop. Thor pointed at him angrily, "You think this is funny?"

"No." Tony said, turning to face him. "It's probably not, right? This is very terrible. Is it so... Is it so... It is. It's so terrible."

"This could have been avoided if you hadn't played with something you don't understand." Thor stated.
