chapter 4 Promises

I planned on talking with Lilly today about us given its been a month since we started seeing each other, but in the middle of it she kept planting soft kisses on my lips.

"We" (kissing)"need" (more kissing.) "To talk." I get out in-between the kisses from Lilly.

Lilly pulls back looking at me with a pout. "Can it not wait?" Lilly nibbles at her bottom lip.

"Fuck it." I mutter to myself before grabbing Lilly into a heated kiss full of teeth and need bringing her down to my bedroom floor.

Laying in bed with the small Omega resting her head on my chest while I gently trace circles along Lilly's bare back.

"Lilly?"
'Hmm?" The Omega beneath me hums.

"We need to discuss our situation set some rules."
"Later..." Lilly says sleepily.

I laugh, "no now."

"Ugh, fine." Lilly gets up grabbing her clothes from the floor and quickly pulls her clothing back on.

Once she dresses she turns to look at me waiting for me to get dressed. I smirk before grabbing my own clothes and dressing.

"Okay...." I start pulling her onto my bed.

"So we are both Omegas and...unmated at that. You and I both know what that means for us.

We could be dating for years fall in love and out of the blue one of us or both of us finds our mate.

Resulting one of us breaking the others heart, shattering everything we built together, our home, our friendships."

Lilly shifted on the bed crossing her legs nodding her head. "Yeah.."She says quietly.

"We need to discuss some rules, the most important one is do not fall in love. We cannot fall inlove our relationship won't work out in the long end. We both know this.

We are just having a little fun before I go to University. " Lilly looks down fiddling with her hands. I study her for a moment before speaking.

"Lilly..?" I wait for the Omega to look up at me her eyes full of sarrow. "It's really important that you understand that we aren't dating, we arent a couple and we'll never be mates."

"I know Kayleigh.."

"Good then we are both on the same page and understand where we stand with each other.

Which brings me to rule number two, no jealousy. We aren't mates so no jealousy. It wont do us any good to get jealous. And I say this because just because we are fucking we aren't exclusive."

"Meaning?" Lilly asks.

"It means we are free to fuck anyone we want, we aren't exclusive to just fucking each other. So, no jealousy if one of us does get with some else for the night or whatever."

I stare at Lilly who is nodding her head, biting her bottom lip as she takes in what I say.

"Why can't we be exclusive just until you leave?" Lilly asks.

"Its just better if we're not and avoids any feelings stirring up. Okay? "

Lilly just nods her head. "Rule three?"

"Yes, rule number three, if one of us finds our mate while we are still in our agreement we break it off and no hard feelings. No getting mad, hurt or jealous.

Do you understand what I'm saying Lilly? "

"Yes, basically we are just friends with benefits and no strings attached."

"Persicley, no strings means no falling inlove, no jealousy and no hurt feelings if we find our mate.

We are young lets have some fun before we have to settle down with our mates."

Lilly smiles softly up at me. "Okay."

"Okay? Do you promise to follow these three rules? "

"Yes, I promise." Lilly replies.
