Lady Victoria Charlotte Howard nee Stanhope goes into labor on October 25, 2288, and out in Sussex Territory she gives birth to Lord Charles Andrew III and her second child and only son, Lord Charles Andrew Howard IV and he is created the Duke of St. Albans Territory in the name of Lord Patrick William Howard.
He is a fine child with dark hair, and blue eyes that later turns brown and he is a very handsome baby and Lord Charles Andrew III is delighted that he has a son, but he refused to name his son his heir to his Dukedom of Sussex Territory, and he is bound and determined that his daughter with Lady Karissa will succeed him to his Dukedom.
It is not that Lord Charles Andrew III doubts his parentage, it is just that he wants a second daughter he can name after her mother, Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard.
By the time his son, Lord Charles Andrew IV is born, Lord Charles Andrew III is 58 and his mother is 45 years old, and Lady Victoria had a high-risk pregnancy.
Lady Victoria is far from the motherly type, and she leaves her children in care of nannies whereas Lor Charles Andrew III is the fatherly type, and he spends time with both of his children.
Lady Charlotte Victoria Maud was born in August of 2276, and she is 14 years old when her little brother is born and she looks at him as an intruder and she doesn't really bond with him as he will bond better with his half-sister, Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard along with Lord Anthony Christopher, Lord Albert Edward and Lord Benjamin Lawrence Carey.
In fact, Lord Benjamin Lawrence Carey and Lord Charles Andrew Howard IV bond with each other and become very good friends as they are second cousins twice removed whereas Lord Charles Andrew IV is first cousin to Lord Anthony and Lord Albert Edward and second cousin to Lord Richard Edward III and Lord David WIlliam Beck and second cousin once removed to Lord David William Beck II and he will be first cousin to Lord David Frederick Howard, Lord Patrick WIlliam Howard and Lady Paulina son who is born on November 1, ten days after Lord Charles Andrew IV is born.
All three of the cousins get along very well and grow up together.

All three little boys grow up together and their mothers bring to Beltane Manor to play with each other along with Lord Richard Edward III, Lord Anthony, Lord Albert Edward.
Lord Charles Andrew Howard IV in 2310 marries Lady Antionette Bourbon in 2310, and in 2315 she gives birth to Lady Charlene Andea Howard and in 2320 a second daughter, Lady Patricia Eugenie Howard.
