'Guuji..as in Guuji Yae?' You ask Kujou sara. She smiles and nods. 'I will still be setting your cases for the two of you, and in fact- i have something to talk to you about.' You lean forward slightly, listening to everything she says. You saw Kujou Sara as a friend, but respected her to the fullest. 'I need intel on a certain..let's say delinquent. Trouble Maker if you will. And there is someone i'd like you to meet.' She gives a warm smile as a Blonde-haired boy walks in. Just from his attire, you can tell he isn't from around here. 'This is Aether. He will be assisting both of you in this task.' I give a warm smile to the boy and he returns the gesture.

Sara gives us the rundown of what we are assigned to do. An Oni who goes by the name 'Arataki Itto' is disturbing the streets of Inazuma. Sara states that she will deal with him once we have returned the needed information. And Aether knows where to find him. 'Right, that will be all. I hope you straat Aether with your upmost respect. Thank you.' She smiles and leaves. 'Alrighty! So whe-'
'WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU' You and Heizou shout as loud as possible. Out of literally nowhere a flying child pops into the air? 'Oh! That's Paimon, between you and me- she's literally just emergency food' You and Aether both laugh and Paimon gives him deathstares. I wonder why Heizou is being so quiet?

'So Aether, where are you from?' You ask, walking next to him. 'Oh i'm actually from Khaenri'ah, but me and my sister have been travelling everywhere..' His voice darkens a little when he mentions his sister, but you choose not to pry.

The three (+ Paimon) make your way to a small island. Aether and you continue talking, filling him in with details as he does the same to you. Paimon floats above him, and Heizou ends up walking behind you two. You make out a large object sitting onto a rock. 'What is tha-' You point out, until it turns around and exclaims, 'YO! AETHER! LAVENDER MELON! AND.. friends, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!' He excitedly shouts over to you lot. Doesn't exactly seem like a threat. Aether walks over to the man with white fluffy hair and strange red markings and greets him. 'This is Y/n, and this is..uh..' Aether introduces the two of you.
'Shikanoin Heizou.' The crimson haired man next to you replies. Ouch.

'So uh..Itto, they'd like to ask you a few things.. it will be super quick, alright?' Aether prepares 'Itto' before we head over and begin to take notes. 'So.. how often would you say you travel to Inazuma City?' Heizou asks, you take notes on the man's appearance and how he acts when questioned. 'I'd say most weeks, mainly to get dango and find some Onikabuto..nothing to hard anyone, i promise' He crossed his fingers and places it over his heart. 'Where do you get your mora from, sir?' you ask, Heizou doesn't look your way, different from your previous interrogations. 'Mora? What's tha- ohhhh the little gold things? Why do i need them?' He asks you back. You smile and jot down what he said on your notepad. 'So.. how have you been getting the dango?' You continue, looking up at him. Heizou seems to have his head turned away completely, looking at the ground. 'I just take them..are they not there for eating?' You laugh slightly and stand up. 'Alright, i think we are done here. Thank you.' You reply, Aether and Heizou stand up aswell.

Heizou's POV

She wouldn't replace me, right? Surely not. He's only going to be here for today, she wouldn't miss him. The ways he looks at him makes my heart burn. She used to look at me the same. Did it all mean nothing? Was i getting ahead of myself? Id rather her see me as a friend than fall in love with him.

'Ive uh..i've gotta go somewhere real quick. I'll see you later' I say to the two of them. Y/n turns around with furrowed brows. 'Why? What's up? Can we not come?' She gives me a warm smile which makes my heart melt. 'I uh..no. Sorry' Before i knew i had walked back on myself and headed down the beach front.

I'm getting ahead of myself.

Y/n's POV

'I'm uh..i'm gonna go. Get back safely okay?' you tell Aether before running after Heizou. God. I should have noticed it earlier. I just kept running down the waterfront, an ache in my chest. I completely shut him out..i wanted to be helpful but i just completely ignored him. I know how Heizou is. I should have known better.

In the distance you saw a figure come into view. Your feet just kept going. 'H-Heizou..' You shout as you recognise his hair being brushed by the wind as he turns to face you.
