The door swings open, nearly crushing you. I'm almost an instant, you hear their reaction. 'What..WHERE IS SHE'

You could identify the voice as being Dottore's. Your breathing becomes strained as he scans the room. The golden glow from the door can't reach your face, but you know exactly where he is. When he turns to face you, you have the opportunity to attack. Running and jumping while holding the dagger, you thrust the blade into his neck. As you injected electro energy into his body through the blade, he cursed loudly. Retracting the knife, you quickly leave the room while giving a quick glance behind. Dottore is stumbling toward the door while grabbing his neck. You shut it firmly.

The halls were desolate. Looking down, you noticed the blood was still streaming from your leg. The sight of it finally began to concern you, making you feel lighter. You couldn't see Childe anywhere, not that you wanted to. The thought of him made your stomach hurl.

You reached the end of the corridor and noticed a wooden door. There were two smaller doors either side of you, but by default, you sought this to be the exit.

The door creaked open, making your heart pound. You closed the door and made your best attempt at running. The pain in your leg was consistent, making you grit your teeth. Looking around, you saw a group of people dressed in similar outfits to Childe and Dottore. You noticed them huddled around something, you weren't sure what it was, but didn't have the energy to find out.

You hurried up a towering hill, noting that you were still in Liyue. More importantly, still in Dunyu Ruins. 'Hey! You!' A voice echoes behind you. You didn't want to turn around, afraid of what would happen.

You felt drawn to the voice and turned around, to see a Fatui agent, not far behind. Your eyes widened as you turned back around. As your head turned, you noticed a second Fatui agent, a sword in their hand.

You were surrounded with little energy left to fight. All you had was a dagger, stained with Dottore's blood. You drew your dagger, afraid of what would happen next. You lunged first, hoping to injure the Fatui agent infront of you.

You heard a thump behind you, and saw an arrow skim pass your face. It struck the attacker infront of you, straight in the chest. You flung your head around to see a pale-blue haired woman with odd attire standing on a nearby hill. She gave you a nod before escaping to the mountains behind her.

You thanked every archon available before continuing onward.

You couldn't feel your legs a few moments after.
You couldn't feel the blood trickling down. The only thing you could feel was dried grass before you passed out, halfway up a rocky mountain.

Heizou's POV

'Heizou..what are you doing..calm down..' I heard Beidou whisper in my ear. I couldn't help it, i just couldn't. Something told me he was to blame. I looked down and noticed blood on my fists. I prayed it was his.

Looking up, i saw Childe walk off with a smug grin. Beidou had loosened her grip on me and i knew it was the perfect opportunity. I escaped from Beidou's grip and caught up to Childe, punching him round the back of his head. He turned around and i punched him once more in the stomach. 'It's..not my fault-' He murmured.

So he admitted it?

With another punch around me face, i spoke before he tried to punch me back. 'What...WHAT ISNT?' I swore he flinched slightly before a smug look erupted once more on his blood painted face. 'You..wouldn't be able to find her by now..' I looked around. Everything was blurry. My knees felt as if they were about to give way, my lungs felt as if they were working too fast and my heart sank further than before.

Childe stood up, staggering backwards. I couldn't think through the stinging pain in my head. He smiled before walking off. I watched him as i heard someone call out my name. Looking around, i saw people staring at me, shielding their children from me. I wiped my forehead as i saw Beidou rushing towards me. I couldn't help falling into her arms. 'What have i done..' I muttered, tears actively flowing down my cheek. I heard Millelith guards swarm up to me. I didn't care. All i could care about was Y/n.

I heard a voice call out toward the guards in order for them to back down. Looking backwards from Beidou's care, i saw Ningguang and a gold haired man walking towards me. I didn't care why they were here.

I heard Beidou explain to the two what had happened. 'I-i need to go back..i need to keep looking for her...' The ruins played in my mind.
'Heizou..please. Rest.' Beidou tried to calm me down. Part of me wanted to listen to her, the other half wanted to run back and carry on finding her.

'Please. I need to do this. Once more..' I begged, looking up to the captain. She looked behind me before nodding, helping me up. 'Take it easy though. Please?' She asked in a nurturing way.

Beidou tried to keep my mind off of thinks as we walked. I played with the hem of my shirt, Y/n swirling around my head. It took a while, Beidou kept stopping me and checking if i was alright, but we eventually made it to Dunyu Ruins. I walked past some mountains, eager to find anything. I hadn't realised i was alone until i looked behind me.

Walking for a little longer, i suddenly felt uneasy. I hesitated before something caught my eye. I saw a Fatui agent, with an arrow lodged near its neck. I looked upwards and saw another, lying on its back, which similarly had an arrow through its chest. The arrow has some type of energy around it. I leaned forward, crouching as i did. I felt a sudden coldness around the wound.

Deciding to leave it, i walked forward a little more, before i saw the Statue of the seven. It towered above me. I went to look behind it before i saw something near a bush.

I rushed towards the foliage.

My heart dropped.

also i keep forgetting to say this but whenever i'm typing i feel the need to use very standard british words but then i don't want to like confuse stuff so i'll start issuing americanised words because i guess a lot of people a familiar w them (stuff like holiday and vacation, or trash and rubbish)
