Phil - wings, fly
Wilbur - magnetism?? Manipulates magnets
Tommy - haven't gotten power yet, will get if something triggers it, hero in training, besties w/ Tubbo and Ranboo
Tubbo (only mentioned) - talks to animals, not a hero, besties w/ Tommy and Ranboo

3rd POV
It was like any other day a villain decided to show.
Phil was in the air, speeding towards the villain, shouting towards Wilbur to trap her.
The villain had long, glowing green locks with a mask, of course. Her power was elasticity.
She grabbed a pole and threw it at Phil. It hit him in the chest. "Oof!" Phil groaned.
Suddenly a bin came rushing towards her, and before you know it, she was hit and knocked onto the floor.
A rope was wrapped around her before she came back to her senses. "Good job Will." Phil arrived, patting his back.
"Thanks Phil."
"Where's Techno?" Phil asked.
"I don't know, I thought he was near you??"
"Nope, I'm in the air."
"Odd."
Then, a wave of people surrounded them, asking for autographs, asking questions for the news and so on.
Techno however, was trying to confine the voices from going too far.
Blood God, why did you not kill her?

"Shut up for blood god's sake." Techno whispered, rubbing his temple. However, much to his dismay, they continued.
Techno groaned, before hearing some
rustling from behind him. He looked behind and it was an alleyway. He sneaked towards it.
On a big bin sat Dream, staring at the moon.
Dream..
The villain..
The most wanted villain..
His mask was maleficent black with his signature smile on it. He was in a big cloak that had a hood, so he looked hidden in the shadows.
