No matter how good it is, the reality is, "good things must come to an end". And that includes their mini-vacation.

It was finally the day of their flight for the fan meeting of Alex and Sage in Shanghai, China. Aira and Alex arrived at the airport together with Alex's stylist and makeup artist. Soon after, Hans and Sage arrived with Sage's stylist. Their flight will be at 3:55 pm.

Alex's CEO gave strict instructions to Aira to be extra careful in the entire trip so as not to attract another dating rumor because Alex was about to release an album after her drama plus her upcoming concert.

After the success of their drama, their fans wanted to ship them as a couple already, so it's expected that their fans would be giving them hawk eyes from the airport down to their events. So Alex's CEO wanted them to be extra careful and to maintain distance with Sage.

The team will be traveling to Shanghai with their respective teams and the producer of their show in Shanghai. They were booked for the Business class with the rest of the production team.

While Aira was about to check-in, Alex whispered in Aira's ear.

"Can we sit together? Please. You can also sit with Hans if you want." She pleaded to her with puppy eyes.

"Alex, no. Our CEO gave me strict and specific instructions. You cannot be spotted too close together for this entire trip or else we might attract unwanted attention, okay?" Aira responded sternly while fixing her shades and ignoring the lady who continued to tug her sleeves like a child.

Aira just simply glared at her and proceeded with their check-in. After seeing that Aira was serious in her decision she just agreed with a defeated face. It's a good thing she was also wearing her specs because she was able to hide her gloomy eyes.

Hans and Sage immediately followed in.

"If it were my choice, we would have taken a private plane. So that I can sit beside Aira and you can sit beside her." Hans remarked in a defeated voice as he looked at Aira with Alex with longing in his eyes then caught Sage staring at Alex behind his specs.

"It's just for two hours, Hans. And besides our seat is behind theirs so it's not that bad. Stop being clingy." Sage replied calmly. He'd rather not see her for two hours...

"Well, if you say so." Hans then proceeded with their check-in and spoke no further.

When they were finally inside the plane, Alex once again pleaded with Aira, "Aira? Please??" She used her puppy eyes to win her over.

This will be the last time, she could be allowed to be seen with him publicly because there are fewer people in the business class and the people in their cabins don't mind it anyway, so she tried her luck on Aira one last time.

"Alex, still a no. I can't also sit with Hans because I'm protecting you, okay? So if you can't sit with him, I can't as well. We're in this together, okay? You're not the only one suffering here. And besides it's just two hours. Hello? They are just at the back. Clingy?" Aira kidded.

"Okay, fine. I was just trying my luck. Good for you, Hans enlisted earlier, but poor me, I only have three months left with him." Alex slumped in her seat as she grabbed a book for her to read.

She finally surrendered at the thought that she could be seated beside him. She was seated on the window seat and Sage was just behind her.

When the plane finally took off, she noticed a piece of folded paper inserted on the slit in between the window and her seat.

The paper was from Sage. It read,

Alex felt a sudden warmth in her heart when she read his letter. So she took her pen and replied,

She then inserted the paper back to him.

They were exchanging the same letter throughout their flight, which resulted in it being crumpled while Hans and Aira were asleep beside them.

Alex and Sage enjoyed their convo and did not notice the time until they heard that they were about to land.
