*Sandrelly's Pov*

"Damn girl!" Shouted Abi as she ran over and hugged me.

"Hey, Abi. Hey, guys."

"Yo, Sandrelly is in the house!" Shouted Darren as he ran over.

Darren hasn't changed much. He's still got his beautiful tanned skin and long black hair. However, he has recently got a new tattoo of Hawaiian flowers around the top of his arm.

"I'm loving the new tattoo."

"I'm glad. Got it a month ago. God, I've missed you." He said and gave me a hug.

"How's Clara?" I asked as I looked around for her.

"Had the same accident as you."

"Which one? The drowning one?"

"Nah. Slipped on the rocks down by Crystal Creek and broke her arm."

"I hope she's okay."

"She's fine."

"We need to do our normal catchup." Said Abi.

"How about tomorrow?" Suggested Harvey as he came up to us.

"What's this?" I asked as I put my hand through his golden locks.

"The new hair of the season."

"Oh yeah?"

"Yeah. Makes Darren look hot in photos, I might as well try it."

"Fair enough."

"What are you doing back?" Asked Darren.

"Sammy told us why you left. I hope you're okay." Said Abi.

"What did he tell you?"

"About what the boys did. The beating."

"He had no right to tell anyone."

"He tried to report Peter, for you. He got a black eye and a broken finger because of it." Explained Harvey.

"What?"

"You should talk to him." Said Abi.

"Yeah. We're now partners for the next few weeks."

"Woah. You've came back to the team?" Asked Darren.

"No, it's not like that. There's a case my unit has been called out for. My new Sargent accepted."

"Does he know?"

"Nope. The only person who knows is my friend, Jay."

"Oh girl, I saw that smile. Tell me about him." Said Abi and pulled me down the beach and away from the boys.

"He's sweet but we're just friends."

"Tell me more."

"He's tall. I first met his brother at the hospital. When Jay found out about the bruises, he knocked on my door with beer and refused to leave."

"Ellie, he sounds like a keeper. What's the brother like?"

I got my phone out and showed her a picture from his Instagram. She scrolled down his paged and zoomed in on his face and body.

"I've never seen gingers as being attractive but you can give me a piece of him."

"Oh my god, Abi!" I laughed as we led down on the sand.

"Oh, I never asked you. Did you win that heat? You know the one that I drowned in?"

"No. As soon as you went under, jet skis came out and tried to pull me in. Obviously, I didn't listen. I went searching for you. I only found the pieces of your board."
