"be my wife?"

Alondra's  POV
it has been days. weeks. and we still don't have our kid back. Amelia hasn't left the room either has she gone to work. one of us has to be the calm one and not break down so it's me. "hey" i said i said opening the door for maggie who has been calling her for days now. "how is she" she asked "she hasn't talked to me and she won't eat or drink anything" i explained "any news on the baby" she asked me "i have been having jo give me updates but hearing about him makes me wanna cry" i explained

"have you tried talking to her" she asked me then i heard a knock "yes but she doesn't say anything back towards me" i said as i was opening the door for Meredith. "so what's the plan" she asked making me laugh a little bit "to get our kid back" i said "I'm trying my best at that" Meredith told me "ok so what? do we need a lawyer or what" i asked "well yes because i never thought this would happen again" she said "yeah this decision was made not right but oh well" i said "ok you go and try to talk with that woman of yours while we talk to lawyers" Meredith told me

i walked into our bedroom and didn't see her on the bed. i looked into the bathroom and she was in there but i could tell she was tired even just by looking at her. "my love" i said very quietly i didn't get a response. "ames" i said "yes ally" she said but she didn't turn "do you wanna go for a walk maybe? or sleep? i can lay with you" i told her "i want my kid back al! can you give me back my son" she said trying to walk out the bathroom door past me. i wrapped my arms around her waist "babe look at me" i said but she didn't
"Amelia look at me" i said "alondra leave me alone!" she said looking at me her eyes had bags and tear stains.

i let go of her body. and i saw as she slowly just climbed back into bed. and she turned the other way so she wasn't facing me. i turned off the lights and slowly climbed into bed with her and faced her. she just looked at me and had tears falling. it was complete silence. i slowly placed my hands on her face pushing all the hair out her face and wiping her tears. and i saw and she kissed me hand which caught me off guard. and then she slowly leaned into kiss me. "mmm no melia you need to sleep" i said pulling away from her lips.

"please" she said and now i was confused "please just talk to me or kiss me to distract me from my kid leaving" she said her voice was breaking so i pulled her in closer to my
body. i just heard her quietly sobbing into my arms until i heard silence. i looked down and she had fallen asleep. i heard the bedroom door knock. "come in" i said but very quietly and it was the sisters "we are heading out but we got a lawyer and a case worker" Meredith told me "is there anything i can do to help" i asked "just be patient and work together and help Amelia" she told me i saw maggie looking around.

"what's up mags?" i asked "y'all's house is very nice and modern... spread some of y'all's gay creativity towards me" she said looking
around "will do" i said laughing as they both slowly left the room. ok great on step closer to making both my girlfriend happy and having my kid back who has yet to be named.

it was a couple of hours later and i must have fallen asleep. i felt something touch my arm. i look up and it's her eyes. the eyes i have missed seeing the past hours. "hey" i said quietly as i kissed her lips. "do you wanna get married?" she asked me "what?" i asked "ally? i love you and i know im not going to spend the rest of my life with no one else" she told me "are you fully awake right now? because i would love to marry you but are you fully aware" i said with a laugh she pushed my shoulder "I'm being serious! i want to marry you and make you my wife" she told me with a serious face.

i watched her for a little and she still had her serious. "oh you're being serious" i said laughing and she tickled my side "yes dork!" she said "oh are you asking me or telling me?" i said and she gave me a smirk. "i would love to be your wife" i said and within seconds she climbed onto my lap and started kissing me.
"so we're getting married" she asked "you will become my wife" i said smiling "but can we just keep-'' she said but i knew what she was going to say "yes whenever you're ready" i said kissing her nose she smiled.

"did i just see you Amelia shepherd smile" i asked her because i haven't seen that smile in some days. "yes but i want my kid back" she told me then that's when her smile faded "we are working on it" i told her kissing her forehead "how long" she asked "i don't know my love" i told her "ok" she nodded but she had one singular tear fall "hey don't cry" i told her pulling her closer to me "what if we don't get him back" she said "that won't happen we will get him back" i said
