DJ Castiel or Archangel Cassiel.
Cassiel is his officially name but he likes to go by Castiel sometimes. He is in charge of the big wigs of heaven mainly making sure only most honorable of the rich get in those who have done great deeds. He is also known as The Speed of God.
Controlling Air itself to help him and being the fastest Angel in Heaven, along with being the smartest due to how fast he can think. (Essentially, he a fast airbender lol).

Cassiel was not the usual Archangel he lived in what could be described as an old 90s style detective office.
This was due his fascination with human crime shows.
Sometimes even the smartest Angel needed a reprieve.
Though due to this Cassiel also garnered a nickname just like Uriel.
Cassiel: Heaven's Greatest Agent.
God would ask Cassiel to investigate the dark sides of the World these being places so corrupt with sin it be too much for mere mortals to handle. So, Cassiel would be called upon to investigate and if need be, take down the root cause. (Nonviolently of course unless they were demons or the Original Sins).
Aaah Yes most Sins down in Hell from Pride, Envy, Gluttony, Sloth, Lust, Wrath, and Greed. Know of this Man as most Huge Cases in the History of World that had a Specific Sin taking control of it were stopped by Cassiel.
However, Cassiel never really enjoyed for Archangel he was strange indeed he was allowed to smoke, curse, and sometimes drink. Which considering him also being a Dj were strange for someone of his position. In reality Cassiel wanted nothing more than a case that could actually test him.
He was the Sherlock of his story, and he needed a Moriarty.
With Uriel dead things were getting exciting for him not only did he meet his nephew but also the aspect of Uriel death was fascinating. Something could kill a Archangel almost wipe him from existence.
Cassiel thought he knew what killed Uriel yet when he tried to write nothing came to mind. Which got him excited something or someone was actively trying to prevent him from finding out what the was going on.
