The cup brothers arrived at the clearing before their house and were greeted by two boys waiting for them. "Are you guys, okay?" Boris asked, "You were gone for almost 20 minutes." "We're okay." Cuphead said, trying not to blush. Bendy looked over at Cuphead, "Are you sure? It looks like you've been crying." "No I'm fine. I just get...um...allergies! Yeah, I get pretty bad allergies in the woods at night." Cuphead stammered nervously, not wanting Bendy to know he was crying. "Makes me a bit puffy eyed."

Bendy didn't quite believe Cuphead, because Cuphead had the lying skills of a rock, but he didn't want to press on. "If you say so." He shrugged, "We should get you inside then." Bendy put his arm around Cuphead causing the cup to blush. They all walked in the clearing and to the house. "Elder Kettle! We're home!" Elder Kettle appeared from a different room holding a few blankets and pillows. "Boys what took you so long?" He said with an annoyed expression. "Sorry Elder Kettle. We had backstage passes and Bendy and Boris wanted to see their friends." Mugman explained.

Boris nodded his head in confirmation, "Sorry Sir, we didn't realize it was so late. If it's not too much, can we stay for the night?" "I had a feeling you were gonna say that. I've been clearing out the guest room. It should be big enough for the both of you." Elder Kettle remarked "Thanks Mr.!" Bendy said in hopes that the man would start liking him. "Boys, can you show them the guest room?" Elder Kettle asked. They both nodded and ran in to a short hallway. They went to a door right across Cuphead and Mugman's room.

They opened the door to see two beds next to each other that were taking up basically the entire room. "Tada." Cuphead exclaimed sarcastically. Mugman nudged Cuphead, "Sorry it's not much." Bendy flopped down on the bed. "A real bed! I haven't slept in one of these for ages!" he exclaimed. He wrapped himself up in a blanket until he was a Bendy burrito. Cuphead chuckled seeing his crush enjoying himself. Boris inched to the other bed across the room and put his bag down. The four sat on the bed and started talking until Elder Kettle called them over for dinner.

They all sat down at a relatively small table. They sat shoulder to shoulder as they were served their food. "Real food." Bendy said under his breath before he devoured everything on his plate. He sat there waiting for the others to finish. He caught himself staring at Cuphead. Bendy knew he had a crush on Cuphead for a few days and couldn't help but admire him whenever he got the chance. Bendy felt he was good at hiding his crush, only showing it through nicknames and a slight blush every now and then.

Bendy noticed a slight change in Cuphead. He was a bit quieter, a bit fidgety, and much redder than usual. He recalled that this change happened shortly after their talk with that Stageplay lady. Bendy wondered what she said to cause such a sudden change in the cup, but he knew Cuphead was embarrassed about it due to his reaction when the conversation was taking place. Bendy decided to not ask questions. He didn't want to make Cuphead uncomfortable in any way. But he couldn't help but feel worried for the boy that stole his heart.
