Cuphead and Bendy were so happy. To find out the other loved them made them ecstatic. They were in a moment of pure bliss in those woods. They walked to the house holding hands and joking around. They went into the clearing to see Boris holding what seemed like art supplies. "What'cha doin' Boris?" Bendy asked his brother. "Remember how I told you I can sorta heal people?" Boris asked in response. "Yeah?" "Wait, what?" Cuphead questioned. Boris ignored Cuphead for the moment to answer the question, "Well, I'm practicin' with colored ink."

"How's that been goin'?" Bendy asked. "Not great. I've been trying to give this flower a few extra petals, but they ain't staying on." Boris admitted, "I don't understand why it ain't workin'." "Wait, wait, wait. Sorry, you can heal people!" Cuphead exclaimed. "You didn't know?" Bendy questioned. "I haven't told them about that yet." Boris said, "Anyway, Cuphead, you're made of color. Do you have any ideas why this isn't workin' right?" "Can't say I got a clue. Why don't I go ask Mugs?"

"You think he'd know?" Boris asked. "Don't underestimate my bro, he's a lot more clever than me. If he doesn't know I don't know who will." Cuphead said as he walked into the house. "Mugs!" he called out. "Cup! How did it go? Did he say yes, or did you chicken out?" Mugman asked while walking out of his and Cuphead's room. Cuphead blushed, "He said yes! It's amazing!" "That's great Bro!" "Oh, Mugs, we need you to come outside for somethin' real quick." "What for?" Mugman asked. "Boris needs you to help him with this super smart thing he's doin'."

The two cups walked out of the house. They walk over to Bendy and Boris. Cuphead stood next to Bendy. "So, what exactly do you want me to help you with?" Mugman asked. "Well, I'm trying to add a few petals to this flower with this special ink, but it's just not stickin'. Do ya have any idea why it ain't workin'?" Mugman inspected both the flower and the ink for a few minutes. "I have a few theories." he said after a few more minutes. "What do ya think it is?" Boris asked. "Well, it's either because of the color or texture."

"If it's the texture you just need a bit more resin or additives. If it's color, you will need a different colored pigment." Mugman explained. "I didn't know you knew this much about ink." Boris admitted, "I would have asked you sooner. Do you wanna help me finish this?" "Sure!" Mugman chuckled as he and Boris walked off to experiment with the ink. "So, your brother is pretty much a doctor?" Cuphead asked. "Yeah...I guess he is..." Bendy sighed. "What's wrong Bendy?" "It just seems like I missed so much..."

"Before I went down to hell everything was so different. Boris became so respected and strong! I guess I just feel...left behind." Bendy admitted, "But at the same time I'm so proud of him! I could never tell him. It would just make Boris upset and then he might try to hold his potential back to make me feel good, and I could never do that!" Cuphead noticed a small trinkle of ink going down Bendy's face. "I don't know, it's stupid. Forget I said anythin'." Bendy  Cuphead gave Bendy a small hug, "It's gonna be alright. Boris would never leave you behind." Bendy smiled, "Thanks Cuppy, I needed that."

Authors Note:

Bendy's going through older siblings things.

I can relate. -_-

I also looked up the most common ingredients in printmaking ink.

Printmaking ink is a fairly thick and goopy ink that is easier to form and comes in many colors, so I thought it would be the perfect texture for a seemingly magical healing ink capable of recreating organic limbs.
