7- Birthday Oneshot

it was his birthday yesterday but i was too tired to write a fanfic on his birthday letter oof

but here it isssssssss :D

At the teapot.

(W/n) enters the mansion.

"(Y/n)! I'm home!" he exclaims.

You come running downstairs to greet him.

"Welcome back!" you exclaim cheerfully.

He locks eyes with you and says:

"Here, take this."

And gives you a bag of food.

"Hm? Whats this?" you ask.

"I ran into some students by the road, and they dragged me into joining some cooking interest group. We ended up making a lot of food that's not to my taste, so I'm definitely not eating them. You can take the rest, eat it if you like it, throw it away if you don't. I have no interest in knowing what you do with it, you don't have to tell me. I dont want this food," he complains.

You take the food and thank him.

"Wait- but it's your birthday today, why are YOU the one giving me food?" you ask.

He wraps his arms around your waist, and begins his rant:

"Not long ago, Lesser Lord Kusanali kept asking me to visit the Akademiya, to borrow books or attend lectures to 'immerse in the academic atmosphere'. I was annoyed and wandered around the wilderness, but she still managed to find me. She said she understood that I don't like being around others, but it can be very painful being alone all the time. She said that she would let me see you if I bring you something on my birthday.

But why should I give someone a present when it's my birthday? How absurd."

You chuckle at his pouty behaviour and say,

"So are you saying you want a present?"

Ah, you caught him offguard. He starts blushing profusely, and breaks eye contact with you.

You mentally thank Ei for giving him the ability to blush, even though he has no blood.

"I'm taking that as a yes~ Don't worry, I brought SO many gifts you'll like! Come with me, i've kept them all upstairs." you say.

Breaking free from his grasp, you grab his wrist, and drag him upstairs, excited to show him all the gifts you got for him.
