I'm sitting in front of the mirror taking in my whole attire. Yes, my dear JANTAA..I'm getting married.
Whom, you may ask?
We'll even I don't know. I mean, I do know his name, or what's his profession and all. But, not anything else. I wonder how he agreed to marry someone like me.

I mean imagine, THE CEO of SR Groups marrying an average middle class girl. Looking myself in the mirror I tried finding something special that attracted him. But nothing , all I saw was an average 5,5 girl with a button nose and my cheeks that all my friends and family love to pull, especially Arjun bhai. Standing up I took i myself  in from head to toe. Not gonna lie, I am a little on curvy side.

Hay!, you can't blame me. Who doesn't love food. Especially when you are Punjabi. But seriously, I mean, I not have met him in person but, that doesn't mean I didn't go all Sherlock Holmes and tried finding him on the best place. Which is non other than.......Google chrome Aur kahan, ab main Sachi main toh kale kapde pahan kar ghar se jasusi karne toh nahi nikal sakti...Aur woh bhi iss ghar se..jahan mohale main Jane ke liye bhi pura parcha sunana padta hai, woh bhi details ke sath.(where will I go, going all James Bond to find out.)

I was lost in my thoughts when the door burst open. Introducing my nautanki Sena..aap ne chaturangini sena toh suna ho hoga, well yeh meri nautanki sena hai..

Entering pehla kirdar My both best friends Chaya and Maya, which also happens to be twins. Followed by chachu's(uncle's) kids Pooja and her younger brother Adarsh. Who were as usual bickering on god knows what. Pooja is 21, still in college and Adarsh 18, ready to start college. Then came my second cousins Priti,Kajal and Rohan. They all very busy chatting to each other when I turned towards them and heard a loud gasp in unison, when they all saw me. Their mouths were open.

"Mooh band kar lo, makkhi ghus jayegi" (shut your mouth, a fly might enter)Rohan said, still looking at me with amazement. I chuckled at their reactions while all them came out of their trance.

"Yaar di aaj toh jiju flat hone wale hain",(God Di, today your husband is gonna go flat on you)Pooja commend.

"Di!!! Main toh bolta hoon aap niche mat jaoo,jiju behosh ho gae toh?"(  I'm telling you, don't go down, your husband might die seeing you.)Adarsh was saying when Pooja's smack on his head shook him.

"Tu kabhi accha mat bolna, Gadha", "kya hai ?,jab dekho marti rehti ho."(can't you ever say anything nice?)

They again started with their word war. "Shut up guys!!",all of them said together making them remember where they are and why they are here.

"Subu, you look like a million bucks", Chaya says hugging me and squealing with excitement. While Maya got emotional and puts her palm on my cheek, "I'll miss you Subu" taking me in a warm hug. Even I got emotional.

"Acha, (okay)enough of everyone, let me see my princess", Arjun bhai came forward pushing everyone side. He looks me and stops in front of us,while maya broke the hug. Suddenly all nervous, she everts her eyes when I nudge her shoulder, not so secretly. She shyly moves aside while bhai clears his throat. Everyone in this room that they have a thing for each other but are too shy to even consider anything.

Bhai also takes me into a bear hug, "Aaj main bohot khush ho bachche, I'm sure mumma papa bhi bohot khush honge, upar se tujhe dekh kar" (today I'm very happy, and I'm sure even mumma papa will be happy seeing you from up there.),my eyes got welled up. " Always remember, tu humesha iss ghar ka hissa rahegi, kuch bhi chahiye ho toh bas ek phone kar Dena,okay?", "Sirf mangne ke liye hi?" I asked with a little pout"( just remember, you will always be the part of this family. You can come whenever you need anything.))(only if I need anything.)

"Haan!, yaad toh tujhe vaise bhi humari aayegi nahi..wahan ja kar",(yes...you are not going to miss us anyway.)bhai says shrugging his shoulders nonchalantly.
"BHAIII...",I complained while he again took me in hug, " Acha baba, Sorry".And we all chuckled.(okay..sorry)

"Waise bhai, main toh jaa rahi hoon, ab aapko maya se Milne na bahana kaise milega?,Abhi bhi time hai, mauka sambhal lo,warna phir Nitin to hai hi",(I'm leaving anyways,you won't get a reason to see Maya anymore, you still have time. Before Nitin takes her away.)I said, just loud for only him to hear. He looked shocked but quickly composed himself. I just give him a innocent smile hiding my smirk.

"Shabash, pataa tha mujhe tum sab yahi par hi hoge. Maine tum logo ko Suhu ko lanebheja tha ya gappe ladane.Chalo jaldi time ho gaya hai",(very good I knew it, you will be talking here.I sent you all here to bring her, not to talk.)chachi was scolding everyone. " Arey meri pyaari maa...itna gussa mat karo jhurria pad jayegi, pehli apni Beti ko to dekh lo ek nazar.",( oh my lovely mother ..don't be mad, it's not good for your skin.. you'll get wrinkles..first look at your daughter.)puts his arm around Chachi saving everyone.

Chachi looks me and a tear falls down her cheek with a small forming on her face. She was coming towards me and was about to say something when Pooja cuts her, " please maa, phir se nahi, pehle hi bohot Rona Dhona ho gaya hai, Di ka makeup khraab ho jayegi". "Acha chalo everyone bring her out"

Saying I was nervous would be an understatement. My heart was pounding. My palms were going all sweaty. But I took a deep breath calming my nerves. As per on queue doors were open and I started taking slow steps, while all my nautanki sena was behind me for my support.

I reached near the mandap and slowly moved my nervous eyes up and there he was standing with all his glory.

All 6'2 of him with perfectly Broad shoulders not like the one you see made with protein shakes and heavy weight lifting in gym and his perfectly trimmed beard. Perfect definition of Tall , Dark and Handsome. His dark orb's looking into my eyes with his hand forwarded for me to hold.

He took his hand in mine and felt a shock of electricity run down my body. I kept looking at him. I don't how but I felt safe, like I could trust him with all my life. Standing next to him I was feeling so small.

I was looking at him, more like staring. When he, turned his head towards me with a little smirk and coming close heWhispered in my ear, "Don't worry BIWI, I'm all yours. You can keep gawking all you want,Bus Shaadi hone do.", that's it I was gone, I'm pretty sure my cheeks was competing with tomatoes.
