It hasn't been a day since you received the letter and excused yourself from school. It was unfortunate for you to leave without bidding goodbyes to your friends, not even your brother. 

As expected for a high-class prince, you should only receive the best of the best, so it's no wonder you are sorted to Team V, the highest stratum in the first selection. The room contained eleven boys, only needing one more. You.

Nagi Seishiro and Reo Mikage lay rested on one corner of the room, both are laid-back after the past game, and even while Reo kept his pleasant smile, his mind kept thinking about you once he left for blue lock. 

Gosh, he misses you so much all ready! 

Your smile, your bewitching eyes, your sweet aura, Reo can't be complete if he doesn't have all of his two friends. He's grateful to have Nagi with him, but he worries for you. You're outside somewhere, while they both are in a building, how could he possibly not fret about you?

A sigh left Nagi, he could see the unconscious furrow of Reo's eyebrows and by that expression alone, he can tell that Reo is thinking about you. He couldn't blame him, he's also thinking about you. 

Why didn't you get to go with them? You're a perfect candidate for a project like blue lock, so why? Not to mention how more fun it would be if all you three were there together, a trio who will pave their way to the nationals!

I wanna play games with him... What a hassle, why are phones not allowed here?

Hopping down the path of dark hallways, you wondered what your desire is inside the walls that will now be your home. Your eyes stare focused on the dark shadow that loomed in front of you, and you wondered if this was what it felt like to fall down a rabbit hole.

Closer, and closer, you can see a big door on the side of the walls, and you smiled when you finally stand before the door. Your heart beat like drum, you felt nervous, but it was easy to trick yourself. You are having fun, and you are more than pleased to meet your new friends.

Your eyes saw the big 'V' on one of the doors, and once the door slid to the left, all members of the team V all rest their wide eyes unto yours. No, because... What are they seeing? Are they truly seeing you, the prince of soccer!?

"N-no way!"

It was as if they have all been blessed by an angel, a light beamed once you entered, and they could have sworn all of their sins have been cleansed with just a single smile, is this what it feels like to see heaven?

"Hello everyone! I'm Itoshi Y/n, I hope we all become friends!" You bowed, "It's really nice to meet all of you, it seems I will be a player for Team V!"

When you closed your eyes, you failed to see the surprised eyes of Nagi and Reo, maybe even wider than the other players who looked at you. Reo was the first to run to you, sprinting like a cheetah as he opened his arms and bring you in a tight hug.

Behind him was Nagi, and when he went to your side, his habit overcame him as his hand placed itself on your head and started to play with it. Nagi feels more at ease now, and he thanks you for it.

The other players were too nervous to even come close to you, so they merely stared at the trio or decided to do something else in order to not feel so envious because of the two boys that started to cling onto you.

"Y/n, Y/n! You're here, I can't believe it!" Reo exclaimed with a big smile, "Thank God you're in our team, don't you worry, me and Nagi will protect you in the field." 

Reo's thumb pointed towards Nagi, who's half-lidded eyes stared at your with a soft twinkle, he kept entertaining himself with your hair, but he nodded at Reo's comment, "Yeah... Don't worry, Y/n, we'll be here."

A sweet laughter came out of your lips, you always loved to hear such kind words from your friends, and you appreciated them with your whole heart, "Don't worry, I'll protect you all too!"

Nagi hid the bubbling happiness inside of him, the opposite of Reo who awed and kept hugging you tightly as he rocked you side to side. "Aw, my Y/n!" Reo cried out. 

 It was suspicious though... Why did you come so unexpectedly?

"You haven't done the first phase yet, no?" Nagi raised his brow, "I didn't see you anywhere in the crowd before coming here."

Suddenly, you hid your arms behind your back, smiling cheekily instead. You didn't answer right away, causing Reo to be curious too. Your head tilted, and your eyes showed mischief, "I came right through the walls, poof!"

They were surprised at your answer, but shrugged nonetheless, you can give them the answer at any day you want. In the mean time, they still couldn't believe that you're here, smiling and becoming their new teammate.

Finally, you're here at blue lock.

𝐀𝐃𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 !

How did you get escorted to blue lock building? Easy, Ego drove you there! He was suspiciously generous, yet you were happy for the kind gesture and went inside the vehicle.

"Thank you so much for driving me, Sir Ego!" You showed your famous charming smile, "You're very kind!"

"Although... Maybe I should have eaten before coming inside..." Your hands went up to your stomach and even when Ego still rambled to himself about being called 'nice' he noticed the feint sound of grumbling.

"What sustenance do you eat then?" 

"Oh! Well I have a lot of favorites, but I'm craving ice cream right now!" Ego only hummed at your answer, you didn't really mind not eating, you are more than comfortable listening to the soft music from the radio.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, the car came to a halt, and when you looked around, your eyes met the bedazzling ice cream shop close to you. At the beautiful sigh, a big smile came upon you as you buried your face on the glass to see more clearly."Woah!" 

Ego pushed his glasses using his two fingers, and casually opened the door for you both to leave.

"Ice cream!" 

"Just to let you know, you're arriving late, so you better buy now and eat it fast. Go."
