After doing their shopping both Sivani and Siddharth were now sitting in a restaurant for lunch and yeah it took them hours to decide what to wear and matching their clothes perfectly.
They just ordered their food and now Siddharth was replying to some clients on his phone and Sivani knew he was busy today too but still managed time for her. She was feeling guilty about bringing him here and now he was also going to her friend's wedding with her.
She asked," Siddharth you were busy today right?"
Siddharth looked at her suddenly and asked," Why do you ask suddenly?"
Sivani looked at him and said," well you are replying to clients and continuously typing at bullet speed and God knows how many emails you have typed till now. Why did you accompany me when you were this busy? We could've found some other day."
Siddharth sighed and said," Sivani, I know we could've found another day but I don't want to be someone who just knows how to do work. If we keep finding another date then it will become a habit and I definitely don't want that. I want to reserve my most precious things for people close to me."
Sivani asked," What are those precious things?"
Siddharth said," Well those are my time, life, love, care and trust."
Sivani was surprised and became silent. Siddharth again started to reply to emails of clients and about why meetings got canceled today. Soon their food arrived and Siddharth asked about the wedding.
Sivani told him that the wedding is at Jodhpur on 5 November, so Siddharth said that they will go to 31st of October and he will pick her up.
Sivani was surprised and asked about why so early to which Siddharth said that they should explore Jodhpur when they have a chance and he will book a hotel room for them so that they don't have to bother Rathores before the time they should go and he will pick her up at 10 pm.
Sivani nodded and said," I will have to explain to maa and papa about this and it will be hard to convince them."
Siddharth nodded and said," I understand, do you want me to talk to them?"
Sivani thought about it and said," I don't know yaar, what if Papa got angry about me having a boyfriend."
Siddharth nodded again and said," Well I can talk to Aunty about it, she knows my intentions with you so I can at least talk with her."
Sivani nodded and said," That will be great."
Then Siddharth started teasing her to no end and both of them fought playfully but anyone could see that they were in love with each other.
They didn't notice but two pairs of eyes were watching them with jealousy. They were Arnika and Aparna. Both girls were jealous of Sivani that she was getting all the love and care of their Bhai saa alone but they couldn't do anything as they already know Siddharth hates their family.
Soon Siddharth and Sivani left after finishing their lunch.
On 31st October
Siddharth arrived at Sivani's house in the morning on the condition that he could take Sivani to Jodhpur as he had to spend a day with Sivani's dad.
Flashback
Siddharth arrived at Sivani's house while her dad was busy with work and Siddharth first touched Sivani's mother's feets.
They all sat down and Neha asked," So tell me beta how come you are here with Sivani today."
Siddharth said in a sincere tone," Well ma'am i want your permission to take Sivani with me to Jodhpur for her friend's wedding."
Neha looked at Sivani who was mummering please, Neha looked at Siddhartha and said," Look Siddharth, we have never stopped our daughter from doing what she wants as we trust her decision and if she has chosen you then there should be a reason behind this. You being here and asking my permission also indicate you are a genuine person. *Looking at Sivani* Please don't do something which makes us lose our trust in you."
Sivani was on the verge of tears and suddenly Siddharth sat on the ground near Neha's feet. Both mother and daughter were surprised and Siddharth hold Neha's hands with both of his hands and said with a smile," you know Aunty, at one point i also had a very big and loving family but at the age of 18 years something happened and all of them left me to suffer. I was thrown out of the house and had to survive somehow in the cold, heat, and rain but one day a girl of 17 years saw me shaking in the cold and gave her blanket to me by throwing it out of the window. She said "when you become capable, return it to me with interest and don't you dare cheat. My math is very good."
Neha had tears in her eyes but then she looked at her daughter who was sobbing while Siddharth was also looking at Sivani with red eyes. Siddharth said to Sivani," You only get 70% in maths at 12th."
Sivani chuckled and nodded, She said," Well it looks like it has become bad due to time."
Siddharth laughed and looked at Neha and said," Don't worry Aunty, I won't do anything to Sivani, not even touch her if she doesn't allow me to."
Neha nodded and said,'' Well you have to spend one day with Sivani's dad and rest leave it to me. I will convince him myself.''
Siddharth was shocked but still agreed and now here they are. Siddharth right now is sitting with virendra in the living room.
Siddharth thought,' Killing 100 people is easier than talking with your girlfriend's father.'
But he still said," so sir how is work at the office? You are not facing any problems from your seniors right?"
Virendra looked at Siddharth with a sarcastic smile and said," No, after all our CEO is a very good person so we don't have to face these kinds of things."
Siddharth became proud and nodded when suddenly Virendra said," Can't you understand the sarcasm in it." Siddharth was surprised but smiled silly.
Siddharth understand Virendra's consent and said," Sir i understand that it's not easy to trust a person with the daughter you raised with so much care and my and Shivani 's relationship has progressed very fast so i know you have concern like if i a rich guy is taking advantage of your daughter but sir please rest assured i will protect her with my life. I will try my best to be part of this family as you people are the only ones I could celebrate my happiness with right now."
Virendra looked at Siddharth and saw sincerity in Siddharth's eyes and nodded. Sivani and Neha smiled hearing their exchange.
Soon the mood of the house became lively and everyone was laughing and enjoying while Siddharth did his best to support everyone in every chore of the house and even cook dishes for lunch.
Both Sivani's parents were impressed by him and now it was time for them to leave.
