crime and punishment,
passage of time and an agreement
issued on the assurance
of the fading of faces that allure us
individuals once celebrated
blurring into yelps reverberated
through the morning,
old records and warnings
heartwarming
sights of spiders
crawling slowly into the eyes of the tiger
why must we?
not caress and sway our liberty
and simply be
greater than divinities
for when they wither we
shall rise,
canvases tainted crimson
skipping and dripping
spider-lilies on the run
hands entwined
time, wondrous time
too gradual towards the retribution
easier on the marbles of devotion
until the iniquitous ascend
gasoline pedestals,
prophecies and people to offend
the miscreants
violin heals
tchaikvosky feels
and forgets the swan laying still,
to relish the fleeting vision and thrill
of ruin and collapse
one final relapse
