The Tree Temple Chapter 10

"Oh, Isaac isn't this a nice scene." Cookie said holding unto the boy's arm, looking over the scene of the afternoon sun.

"Hellverse will always be home." Kandi said, holding onto the boy's other arm and staring at the large high school below, "But I'm happy to be here, to adventure."

"Where's the boss fight?" Isaac said sadly, "We defeated every floor, tamed the scorpion, and made it to the top of the temple, there's got to be a bad guy somewhere."

"Tiana tamed the scorpion?" Johnnie said, starting at the orange sun wash over the school.

"Maybe we have to solve some type of puzzle?" Shawn said.

Tiana laid on Shawn's shoulder, "Another puzzle, another battle, I wish we could have stayed during archery."

Shawn nodded, "That would have been nice."

"Look at you, human cretins."

The agents turned around to find the source of the voice. They looked upon a grasshopper in the shape of a woman, the creature had long green hair, her thorax made a dress, her arms resembled blades, and her eyes that focused on the rookie agents were large and bubbly.

"I thought the temple could protect us." The bug lady spoke, "but I see I will have to stop the invaders from coming in."

"Invaders!" Johnnie said as his eyes became yellow, and his teeth became fangs, "You guys are invading our world, stealing the resources from our planet fueling this temple."

The bug lady looked at the werewolf and slightly shifted her hair, "Let the stronger race win."

"I can feel it!" Juliet screamed as pink bolts of Fairy Magic surrounded her body, "Come back to momma, baby!"

Juliet stood up and caught the pommel of her blade in her right hand and the large sword doused her with magic. The revived Juliet Valentine turned towards the bug lady and pointed her giant jagged blade "The Fairybuster" at her opponent, "Bitch, I'm about to fuck you up."
