I got to my mom's house a little after 1 and like I said I brought Ilori, Avery, and Chase with me. I ain't stupid my mama is crazy and will hurt me seriously. I had to bring a little insurance so that she wouldn't completely kill me.   Hey Mama! Nichole is that you baby? Yes mama it's me and I brought the babies to see you. Hey grannies babies. Hi Grandma, they said running past her into the house. Girls, what I tell yall about running in the house. Sorry mommy they said. Girl, leave them babies alone, my mom said sitting down on the couch. They know better than that though mama. Says the child that hasn't been to see her mom in 6 months, she said giving me the eye.  I am sorry mom you know I've been kind of caught up with some things.

I know it's blinding me in the eye right now, referring to my rings. Yeah we finally did it, I said looking down at my rings. We knew yall would get it together eventually. We! Yeah Me, Gayle, Wanda, and Ava been saying for years, yall just needed some time to work things out. Yall always know everything I said laughing. Of course we do we are mothers. You'll see, you got kids and they are not gonna make the decisions that you want them to and you gotta back them up until they learn on their own. True, I love them so much mama you just don't understand. I do understand Nichole, why you think I pressured you to keep seeing them and inviting them to stuff. I know mama that was annoying like I was trying to get over them and every single time they would be there. That was the plan, she said laughing. Us mom's know and you 4 just needed some extra help. Well from the 4 of us thanks. You're welcome baby!

What I don't understand is why everybody wasn't invited to the wedding. Mom it was a surprise, I didn't even know about it until I got to the place. So how was Brooklyn there then? I had nothing to do with that Mama that was all Li, Ti and Ro, so you can yell at them for that. I would never yell at them those are my daughter in laws. So I get yelled at but they get nothing? Exactly! Besides I know Ava and Wanda spoil you so its up to me and Gayle to kick you in the butt. Thanks a lot mom i said rolling me eyes and laughing. Your welcome baby! Do you at least have pictures of yall? Of course mom I said handing her my phone. Oh look at my baby, she said smiling. That's a gorgeous dress too. It is they, were snooping in my pintrest and found it. Yall look so happy, like all of yall are glowing! Yeah that's called marriage glow I said laughing. Yall didn't have a reception? Nope we were thinking about... Avari came running into the room. Mommy, I have to go potty!  Well go the restroom, you know where it is. But Mommy I don't want to go by myself. Excuse me mom while I take this little girl to the bathroom.  

While I was waiting for Avari to get finished I went into my old room. It looks just like it did when I lived here. I looked at all the pics I had on the mirror. The good old days I thought to myself. That's when I saw the box on the bottom shelf.  I remember this box all to well, I opened to see all the pictures and nick nacks from high school. I saw the pics of Eric and I, the letters and random stuff he would give me. Hmph some boyfriend he was I thought to myself closing the box. I slid the box back on the bottom shelf and closed the door behind me. I am leaving the past in the past and that includes Eric. 

When I got back down stairs mom had all the girls in the kitchen giving them cookies and milk. So Nichole back to what you were saying before.How about yall let us mom's throw the reception party for yall, as sort of a gift. Hmm... Mom I don't know you know how yall are and then everybody in the neighborhood will want to be there. She gave me the look like I really didn't have a choice in the matter. Okay I'll talk to them about it? Just don't make any plans yet until I let you know what they say. You have two weeks before I call up Gayle, Wanda, and Ava to plan it.  Ughh okay mom, we better get going I left B at the house with the boys. Oh chile why didn't you tell me get out here before he burns your house down she said laughing. Mom, you know that ain't him that's Lisa. I am telling her you said that. You think I am afraid of her? Oh really let me call her now then. Okay okay mom I am playing, that really ain't the wife I wanna have problems with right now okay. Mmhmm...that's what I thought.  Come on girls lets go before grandma gets me into even more trouble. Bye grandma all the girls said.

When I got home all the girls were gone and it was just B, Charli, and Tron there playing video games in the living room. Naw man you cheated B said to Tron. For real Unc you just mad cause I beat you for a second time. He said clowning on B. What yall doing in here? I said sitting on the couch. Man I am getting my...don't even finish that sentence B. You know we don't cuss around the kids. You kidding me sis, these two nigglets know more cuss words than I do. Whatever B, where my women at? They left about an hour ago they were going shopping for something. Idk know whatever you women buy. Alright B whatever you say. I am going down to my studio I gotta finish a few things. Let me know when the girls get back. Aye you can't leave me with all these kids. It'll be good practice for you, I am sure Liyah wants a house full I said leaving the room. I could hear B yelling "Hell naw, she getting 2 and that's it!" I was in the studio for a few hours working until I felt some hands go over my eyes.

Which one of my beautiful wives are you? Mmm...Guess she said kissing me on the neck. Uhh...Stacey! Who the hell is Stacey? She said snatching her hands off my eyes. Ro baby chill I was playing I knew it was you. Mmhmm, sure you did. I am telling the truth I said pulling her on my lap and kissing her neck.  What you doing down here? I am working on a few things for some other artists. Cool let me hear some of the stuff you working on. I played some of the stuff. That's good Jay. I like that last one I think it should be a TLC track. Hmm, we'll see Ro it belongs to someone already, but if they don't like it yall can have it. Okay baby, make them not like it, so we can have it. I can't do that and you know it...so even if I...she started whispering in my ear. Then would you do it? Mmm...I'll definitely think about it. Good, I am going to go put these bags away she said getting off my lap.

Wait...whats in the bags? Just some clothes and body spray. But this bag she said holding up the Victoria Secret bag has something special for you in it. She said turning to walk away. I caught her before she got to the door. Let me see, I said blocking the door. You will in due time. You can't leave until I see what's in the bag. Is that right? she said kissing me on the neck all the while she was turning the handle on the door and backing us out of the studio. "Looks like I just did" she said running off up the stairs back to the living room where everyone else was. I was chasing her, you been hanging with Ti too long I said as I entered the living room.

Why has she been hanging with me too long Ti said coming from the kitchen with chocolate covered strawberries. *She wasn't lying when she said the baby loved chocolate, she use chocolate likes its ketchup or Ranch. No joke I saw her dipping French fries in it the other day. *She was being a tease and not telling me what's in the bag. She looked at me then at Ro, like she was gonna say something...Then she went over to Ro and kissed her. Good girl, gotta make her want it even more she said laughing. Really Ti! Ughh see what I have to go through B, don't ever have more than one wife. Oh don't worry Jay he will only have one Liyah said coming down the hall with Li. Lili they being mean to me again, I said going into her arms. Aww...they were mean to you baby? Yeah Ro was teasing me with the Victoria Secret bag. Oh I saw what's in the bag lawd have mercy. You too Li. Sorry babe she said kissing my cheek.

You okay Sis B said laughing at me. I just rolled my eyes and flipped him off. Is this how yall always are? Liyah said laughing. Jay knows we love her Ti said coming over to me. Here baby have one of my strawberries, she said feeding it to me. You see that Ro she shared with Jay but not us. Li said. Yup this is how we are all the time Liyah, a bunch of crazy ass women who love each other and have a house full of children. On queue the rat pack came running through the living room with water guns shooting each other.

Aye take that outside, before yall break something. Li said shooing the kids out the door. B I want a house full of kids. I bust out laughing. I told you she was gonna say that B. Nope we only having two. He said shaking his head at Liyah. But Papi! Wait hold on did she just call you Papi? Li said. Nigga we fitna clown on you hard now.  Ti said laughing at him as he gave Liyah the side eye. Ro and I were cracking up it was too funny. This is the way family is supposed to be laughing and cracking jokes up on each other.

I love these family moments they have. Subtle layers of when they were broken up are being revealed. The mom's pushing them together, Lo and Vi keeping them together. It seems to becoming clearer what was really happening during that 6 years. Liyah and B though, how many kids do yall think they will end up with?
