"No wonder you are brother, you two are the same asshole" Pete cussed, he then walk away

He only made it a few steps before collapsing from shock, Vegas hurriedly support Pete before he could fall to the ground

"I'm sorry" that was the last word Pete heard before closing his eyes into the blackness

Pete woke up the next day as soon as he open his eyes yesterday's incident flowed back, he quickly looks at his surrounding but he didn't find anyone in the room beside him. The room looks opulent and huge with an open window showing a refreshing sea view, so he is still in Phuket.

The question was 'Where exactly is he?'

That doesn't matter now, he needs to get away from this room first. He got up and rushed toward the door and came outside. He half walks, half runs but he couldn't get out of this beach, it is huge. Pete halt to observe his surrounding only to know that he was on an island.

He was losing in his thought, there came a deep yet soft tone that pull him back to reality.

"Where are you going?" it was none other than Vegas

Pete was silent for a while before answering with a monotone "Anywhere far away from here"

"From here or from me?" Vegas, a hint of pain could be heard in his voice

Without any answer from Pete, Vegas pull his should and made Pete turn and look at him. Pete bites his lips before speaking up in a quivering tone "I want to be anywhere as long as it is not here"

"Look at me, Pete. Look into my eyes" Vegas

Pete decide to meet that whiskey eyes, the moment their eyes met the deep-down feeling shown

"Stay with me" Vegas

"Is that a threat?" Pete

"No, it's permission. I'm asking you" Vegas

"Why would you want me to stay? What would I stay for? Which place do I stand? Don't bullshit me as your souvenir, your plaything, or your pet" Pete

"Pete, you're not my pet, you are more than that, from today on you stand here" he points to his heart as he continued "As the most important person in my life. I love you. I can't leave without you"

"Did a person like you understand what love is?"

With this provoking question, Pete thought Vegas will go furious but everything was the opposite

Vegas answers with a soft voice and affectionate gaze "I do understand that love isn't about forcing you to stay but it's about forcing myself to let you go if it is to make you happy"

The answer stunned Pete, it made his cold and lonely heart warm once again, and the pain he had been through these past six months healed alongside

Why is he still weak for this person?

"Now it's your choice" Vegas

Vegas takes a step closer to Pete and another step to close the distance between them

"Please, princess stay with me" Every word brushed Pete with Vegas' light kiss like a scorching brand

Vegas slowly lean forward for a kiss he was desperate for, but he was also aware of his action if it made Pete uncomfortable he will not do it

But Pete doesn't resist yet he is not willing either, right now he is following his heart and it just told him to stay still

Soon their lips touch, brushing over one another, Vegas heart felt warm, and the loneliness he had washed away by the sweetness of that familiar addictive lips
