The private investigator arrived at the rooftop of the hospital were Hank works, he was already being overwhelmed by all the thoughts of people around the place, so he shut them down completely without realizing that he just made everybody in the hospital pass out by the strength of his psychic order to their head to remain silent, however there was one person he didn't made pass out and that person was talking to the phone to a known voice and he couldn't help but to eardrop their conversation
"Is Phillip, I felt him, he is supposed to be in Kamar-Taj and I felt him" – said Caliban on the other side of the line and his friend/boss could hear it
"Wait...does that mean..." – trailed Hank
"Yes" – said Caliban
"Shit...I shouldn't have done that" – said Hank
"Do what?" – Asked Caliban confused
"Yes Hank, do what?" – Asked Phillip opening the door with telepathy walking into the office and closing it behind him with his powers surprising the doctor
"Hank?" – Asked Caliban but before the man could say anything, the younger male made his cellphone fly from his hand and smash into a wall
"Was that really necessary Phillip?" – Asked Hank annoyed – "wait...are you really...Phillip?" – He asked unsure and nervous
"Yes, is me Hank" – said Phillip rolling his eyes
"But...The Phoenix..." – trailed Hank
"The Phoenix and I are one, I worked on that with Quentin" – said Phillip
"Before you killed him" – said Hank
"Because he tried to play tricks on me and The Phoenix Force to control it" – clarified Phillip – "look, we are safe as long as I don't exceed the use of my powers and tap much into its energy, also I need more pills or new ones, these ones are not working" – he explained showing him the last bottle the doctor gave him
