"Bravo. That was delightful" said Jill when the song ended.

"Thanks, sweetheart" said Robin.

"Now Sam. I came looking for you because the girls are having pina coladas in the swim-up bar. Care to join?" said Jill.

"I'll just... yeah, I'll join you in a minute" said Sam.

"Lovely. I figure you and Robin could use a break" said Jill.

"Break? Nothing's broken. Wh-what do you mean?" said Robin.

"Pardon?" said Jill.

"Forgive him. Crimefighters don't always take breaks" said Sam.

"Oh, of course. You know where to find us?" said Jill.

"Sure" said Sam.

Jill left and Robin and Sam both let out sighs of relief.

"Holy relief" said Robin.

"That was close" said Sam.

"Yeah. When are you back in Wiggletown?" said Robin.

"We fly back tomorrow actually. Jill's wedding is on Sunday and we need her back before then" said Sam.

"Great. Tell Meg and Patty what we're doing and don't let them divulge" said Robin.

"I will. Now hurry before we run out of time" said Sam.

"You got it, babe" said Robin.

He gave her a peck on the cheek before leaving.

On her way to the bar, Jill was approached by a short black-haired girl in a navy blue sun dress.

"Hello" said Jill.

The girl just waved.

"Where are your parents?" said Jill.

The girl looked around then shrugged her shoulders.

"Are you lost?" said Jill.

Another shrug.

"You seem to be taking it rather well."

A smile.

"What's your name?"

She spelled her name in the sand. D-E-L-L-A.

"Della?" said Jill.

The girl nodded and smiled.

"I'm Jill"

Della held out her hand to shake.

"Can't you talk?" said Jill.

Della just shrugged.

"What can I do for you?" said Jill.

Della ran in the direction of the hotel and gestured for Jill to follow.

"You want me to follow you?"

She nodded.

Jill had no idea where this was going or what this nonverbal child wanted.

But she followed anyway.

When they got to the lobby, Della tried to ask Jill something.

She pointed at her then outstretched her arms.

"I don't understand" said Jill.

Della gestured a square then pointed up to a balcony where rooms were lined up.

"Rooms?" Jill guessed.

Della nodded then mimed counting on her fingers.

"Number?"

Another nod.

"Umm... you want to know my room number?" said Jill.

Another nod.

Jill took Della to her room, still not knowing what she was doing.
