Scandalous was one word that could describe the night Charles and Juliette had.

It truly was, and Juliette didn't know how to feel. A pang of regret grew in her chest, she knew that it was wrong. There were many bleak factors that outweighed the so called ' positives ' of them being together.

One was the media.

Who knows if someone saw them leaving together the night before? Paparazzi could've caught them in the car as well. Paranoia had set into Juliette's mind, as her thoughts wandered down a dull, scary road.

Juliette was also worried of all the hate that would've been directed towards her if the public found out about the night they spent.

"She probably got her seat in F1 because they're dating!"

"Wow I didn't expect her to start dating one of the drivers this early in the season."

Those were some of many things that the public could say about her. And Juliette didn't want that, especially not during the beginning of her F1 career.

Another factor that sent waves of nerves throughout Juliette, was what Ferrari's management would say.

She could've ruined their image, and ruined her chances of racing with them next season. Not to mention, the absolute anger Mattia would direct towards her.

Although, Juliette couldn't help but feel a bit giddy.

Due to the fact that she kissed Charles. Her inner child would've gone insane, and that was because Juliette did have a tiny, little crush on him growing up. Which eventually did fade away.

Juliette usually never felt this way whenever she slept with people. It was strange. This one might stand was different, maybe because it was her child hood best friend.

She didn't know.

Juliette was met with the tired, green eyes of Charles. He was shirtless and had a pair of underwear on.

Juliette gazed onto the bruised marks that scattered around his chest. Which was definitely made by her, she cringed at the sight.

"Leaving? You're already breaking my heart, Juli." Charles said with a smile, walking over her and placing a kiss on her forehead, before placing his hands on her shoulders.

A knot of guilt started to form in the pit of Juliette's stomach, due to what she was about to say.

"Charles . . . we need to talk about this. What's going to happen next?" Juliette sighed, before continuing. "We were reckless, anyone could've seen us yesterday, it was stupid."

Charles lightly massaged her shoulders. "Don't worry. I checked my phone, and nothings out, no photos, no articles, nothing."

"How about your neighbors? Anyone could've heard us." Juliette said the last part in a whisper, a nerve filled expression etched onto her face.

That's when Charles' blood ran cold.

"I'm not sure. Lando, Max, and Daniel are on this floor of the hotel." Charles spoke in thought, as Juliette turned pale. "You're joking."

"I wish I was."

"Um, another thing." Juliette let out another breath, before speaking. "I don't think we should continue like this. It was a one time thing, and a mistake. I-I mean, you and I can't be together. It'll mess everything up. I'm not ready, and I've just started my F1 career-"
