Juliette giggled, as she ran through the streets of Berlin, her arm crossed around Lando's who joined her laughs, while Daniel, Pierre and Carlos chased them, as if they were parents running after their children.

Lando and Juliette quickly grew tired, and decided to sit on a stoop next to the street, it was around 8PM, and the sidewalks were illuminated by a buzzing, yellow light.

Though there were other people not the streets, the aura was sort of eerie.

daniel, pierre and carlos finally caught up to the two, panting as they glared at the youngsters.

"I'm gonna kill you!" Pierre exclaimed, as a small smile cracked upon Juliette's lips. "Sorry, mate."

Daniel let out a heavy breath. "Please don't make us chase you again."

Carlos nodded. "I agree. I don't know how you guys have the energy to run around Berlin for an hour straight."

"It's because you're a grandpa and don't have any resilience." Lando retorted, sticking his tongue both at the spaniard, who scoffed. "Mate, I'm only 4 years older than you . . ."

"Exactly." Lando grinned, as if he was a child. Juliette muffler her giggles, as Pierre pinched her shoulder, she let out a yelp.

"Why didn't Charles come with us?" Carlos questioned, as Daniel hummed. "I'm pretty sure he went out for drinks with Max and Lewis."

"Can't believe he ditched us." Lando rolled his eyes, his tone drenched with sarcasm.

Pierre watched as Juliette stiffened at the mention of the Monegasque. A ghost of a smirk played his lips. "I bet you're pretty bummed that Charles isn't with us, huh?"

Juliette boldly decided to maintain eye contact with him, her chin up. "Honestly, no. I need a break from his shenanigans." She responded coolly, pursing her lips as Pierre's eyes filled with mischievous intentions.

"And what sort of shenanigans would that be?" He rose a brow, Juliette opened her moth, before closing, her head calculating some sort of response.

"It's probably the pranks." Daniel pointed out, saving her without his intention. "The dude's humour is underrated."

"I'm funnier though." Juliette forced, squinting her eyes at the Aussie, who gulped, Juliette's glares were scary. Daniel nodded. "Definitely, you're the better Ferrari driver."

Lando bumped his shoulder with Juliette's. "How is Ferrari anyway? I bet they're happy with you're rookie season."

Juliette's face fell a little, which didn't go unnoticed by all of them. Carlos's brows rose. "Juli . . . What's up?"

Juliette cleared her throat, shrugging. "Um, I guess I don't really have the same benefits there that Charles does, because he's their ' golden boy ' "

Daniel nodded, a sad smile on his face. "I sorta felt the same back at Redbull. I loved the team, but I didn't feel appreciated there. I wanted something more."

Juliette nodded, a sympathetic smile on her face. "Do you regret moving teams?"

Daniel paused, his eyes vivid as he flipped through multiple thoughts rippled through his mind, as he fumbled a response. "Yes and no, I miss the team, the memories, the wins and the car of course. But it was time for me to move on, I guess."

Juliette nodded.

She understood where the Aussie was coming from. Daniel was an excellent driver, he really deserved a team that wouldn't ruin his potential, or fuck his career up. She hoped that everything was going to go well with his current team - Renault. But you never know with F1, everything could change with one snap of a finger.
