"Calm down-
"I'm not gonna fucking calm down y/n! Why the fuck would you let him in your car anyways?" He shouted as he tried to keep his car on a normal speed
"I thought he was gonna be nice" I explained,he scoffed
"Yeah right,he was probably feeling on your ass while you guys were out at that bar-
"Oh come on,that's not fair,Miguel-
I said trying to grab on his arm,he hesitated at first but he moved his arm away. "Y/n you have no idea what would've happened to you-
"Like I didn't think of that,why did you think I kicked him out" I told him,he sighed before putting his elbow on the door rest and placing his hand on his hat as he moved his body away from me.
"Are you mad at me?" I asked in a soft tone, "miguel I needed to let you know-
"Y/n.." he started before taking a deep breath with his mouth close, "if he finds out where you live,something can happen to you and something can happen to nessa..do you understand?" He sternly said
"Yeah I understand,I'm sorry"
"No you don't have to apologize,I'm sorry for getting mad..it's just I wish you could've used your brain,I know you didn't think his intentions were going to be that but this is exactly why I never wanted you to go out" he spoke
"Can you just take me to my mom's so we can pick up nessa?"
"And what? Head to your place? You already told me so what's the point of going to my place?"
"You're mad at me" I said
"I'm not mad y/n-
"Then can we talk with you looking at me then?" I asked,he hasn't looked at me since we got in the car and it hurts me.
"Alright fine..whatever you want" he said,I nodded before looking out the window.There was silence,I knew he was mad at me for not thinking straight but I also want him to know that it wasn't my fault.
TIME SKIP
Miguel unlocked his front door making me walk in first with nessa in my arms after picking her up from my mom's.
"Look baby,we're at daddy's house" I told her before sitting her on the couch,i unzipped my sweater and tossed it at the end of the couch.
Miguel shut the door and locked it before walking into the kitchen as I bend down at the nessa and kissed her forehead.
"You're such a pretty baby are you huh?" I babied her, "uh miguel,do you have anything to eat for nessa?"
"I have snacks for her" he said,I could hear the seriousness in his voice making me roll my eyes.
"That's fine" I responded making him come back with a favorite snack of hers,he handed it to her giving her a smile as well.
"Mommy and daddy will be back okay?" I told her as she nodded,I grabbed the remote and turned on the tv putting on cartoons.
Miguel and I walked into the kitchen, "okay do you think this is really my fault?"
"No y/n but all I'm saying is you should've thought more into this" he said,i scoffed
"Like I immediately would,I knew him since highschool-
"You knew me since highschool and I treated you like a fucking princess" he whispered "not every guy is gonna be like me y/n"
"You don't say" I whispered sarcastically causing him to chuckle
"You never told me the name,you just said it was some guy you knew..who is it?"
"And what you gonna do?"
"None of your concern-
"Well if I don't make him show up to my house what makes you think that you wouldn't?" I told him
"You think I'm gonna go to jail? I have a daughter for fuck's sake" he explained,he places his hands on his hat while looking down.
"So you won't..hurt him?"
"Maybe,if I think like you,but a part of me says I'll kill him" he said with a smirk,
"What makes you think I would've slept with him?" I said leaning over the small table in his kitchen as he was on the other end.
"You have needs but you're also not a slut so" he said putting his arms on the counter behind him,I chuckled
"I know you've slept with other women so why would you be worried about it" I stood upright,he rubbed his chin before looking down
"Actually no I haven't,"
"What?"
"I haven't slept with anyone,not a one night stand or someone I've been seeing even though I haven't but..no haven't been with anybody"
"Why not?" I asked,his eyes moved up
"Why haven't you slept with anyone?"
"I asked first"
"Ladies first" he said as I laughed
"Fine,maybe cause I don't want to?" I told him as his eyes lit up a bit, "you?"
"Same,I guess sex isn't really a big thing for us huh?"
"Not anymore,no" he chuckled
"Yeah not anymore,it's kinda late and we both have work so if you want to sleepover..I don't mind but you can sleep in my bed with nessa,I'll sleep on the couch"
I nodded,"thanks"
TIME SKIP
"Come on baby,you need to sleep" I said putting a pj shirt on nessa that miguel has for her. "My chubby girl" I placed her on her back next to me
"Mommy is here okay?" she hummed before slowly closing her eyes as I caresses her forehead so she can feel my presence to help her fall asleep easier.
The door cracked open,I looked over seeing miguel with his hair down and in a typical plain shirt and pj pants.
"Hey,just wanted to say good night to you guys" he said walking in as nessa opened her eye to the voice of her father. "Hey mi niña,good night I love you" he kissed her forehead before trying to get up.
I grabbed his wrist, "you can stay until she falls asleep" I told him with a smile
"Yeah sure" he said before looking at nessa with a grin,he bend down a bit before rubbing his thumb on her tiny hand.
He moved his eyes back onto me,I stared into his eyes.Those eyes I fell in love with,
