Y/N POV

"You're so pretty" I said in a baby voice as I finished Vanessa's hair,we were going out to eat with Miguel's parents and I was nervous but I knew they would be okay with it since they have a good bond with me.

"Want daddy's opinion?" I asked her,she nodded "mikey!" I called out

I heard footsteps coming upstairs and into the bedroom, "yes baby?"

"Nessa wants your opinion on how she looks" I said now standing up straight since I was bending down to do her hair,miguel crossed his arms

"You look beautiful princesa,a real angel" he said,Vanessa smiled

"What do we say?" I said

"Thank you" nessa said,Miguel and I are always making sure that we're teaching her manners and how to be nice.To talk back is when she gets a little more older,

"Okay and how do I look?" I asked him while turning around facing him and placing a hand on my hip,

"You look like you're ready to have my next child-

"Mikey!" I said laughing

"Okay fine,you look absolutely beautiful and I want to eat you for breakfast,lunch,dinner and dessert..better?" He said,I smiled

"Much better"

"Good" he said pecking my cheek then heading downstairs,I sighed before looking back at nessa while rolling my eyes.

I honestly still can't believe miguel and I are trying our relationship again,we're adults now and I know this is gonna work.How passionate miguel and I are about each other,there's no way we can't unless we mess up like last time.

TIME SKIP

Miguel started the car before driving off,I turned my head every one in a while to check on nessa who will just space out while looking at both windows.

"Are you okay?" Miguel spoke up,I looked over to him as he gave me a quick look

"Yeah I'm alright,I really missed your mom" I said,he smiled

"I love and hate the bond you have with her,it always makes me feel happy" he moved his thumb since it was on my thigh,

"She's like my best friend other than Taty" I said,he nodded with a smirk.

We finally made it to the restaurant,miguel hopped out the car and quickly opened the backseat to get Vanessa,I got out and placed my purse over my shoulder.

Miguel unbuckled her out the car seat and carried her as I closed the door behind him,he gave me the keys of the car before I locked it,

We walked Into the restaurant,I immediately started looking around for Wendy. "You see grandma anywhere?" I asked nessa as she was attached to miguel

She shook her head while her big eyes were looking everywhere, "oh there!" Miguel pointed at wendy who was waving her hand with a smile

We walked over to her seeing miguel's dad also with her, "hey mija" she greeted me by also pecking my cheek

"Hey Wendy,how's it going?" I asked,

"Going great-

She gasped as she landed her eyes on nessa with her son, "oh my god,hi baby!" she said before grabbing nessa out of Miguel's arms "not you,Vanessa" she said looking at miguel

"Oh yeah I got that" miguel spoke as I laughed,I greeted the father as we sat down.Miguel asked the waiter for a high chair for nessa, "so how's everything going for you guys?"

"Everything is going good hijo,what about you guys? How's work?" Wendy asked,miguel looked at me signaling me to go first.

"Oh well work is good,the usual,you know?" I said with a light smile,she nodded

"Work is great,nothing is wrong-but we do have something to tell you guys and since you guys are always there for my kid and for me..I wanted you guys to know" miguel spoke

the waiter came by with a high chair and placed it between miguel and Wendy since I was sitting next to miguel and his dad was sitting next to Wendy. "Okay,well I hope this is good news?" Miguel's dad said

"It is good news dad,um..y/n and I are going to try to work on our relationship" miguel said,Wendy's eyes widen as his dad looked at wendy to see her reaction.

She then covered nessa's ears while sighing, "if this is a joke,I'll stab you in the throat with a fork" she said looking at miguel.

Miguel and I looked at each other while laughing, "Wendy this isn't a joke,we been talking and feeling something for each other so we decided to take it slow and try again" I said

She cleared her throat as she placed nessa in the high chair, "you're not playing with me?" She asked as we both shook our heads. "Oh my god-i might cry" she started fanning her eyes as Miguel's dad rolled his while rubbing her back to comfort her.

TIME SKIP

"I told you she was gonna cry" I said walking into Miguel's house,he chuckled while throwing his keys somewhere.I placed nessa down so she can go play,

I sighed "well nessa and I should start heading home" I spoke quickly getting Miguel's attention as he turned his head towards me.

"Wha-why can't you stay here for another night?" He asked,I shook my head

"We got Milo and I don't have anything here-

"Bring Milo and you can leave some stuff here,you know? Make it easy for you" he said,my eyebrows furrowed.

"Mikey..are you asking me to move in?" I said crossing my arms,he nervously chuckled while scratching the back of his neck.

"Uh,yeah I actually am" he said with a smile,i looked at nessa who was playing with her little toys.I cleared my throat before looking back at miguel, "Mikey I said let's take it slow,we already having..you know..let's not push it"

His shoulders dropped as he seemed disappointed, "yeah you're right,I always carry away" he said looking down at his feet. "Sorry" he mumbled

"No I'm sorry mikey-

"No it's okay,I'm rushing into things and I'm passing the limits but..you know if you need to stay here cause you want to or you need me,I have no problems" he said with a reassuring smile

I lightly smiled before lifting my arms up for a hug,he chuckled before walking up to me and wrapping his arms around my waist squeezing me letting the butterflies go around my stomach.

My arms wrapped around his neck as he placed his head in my neck,he rocked us back and forth as we giggled.

My bf and I just made 11 months

Im so close to killing him in his sleep but it's okay!😁
