Y/N POV

"Night!" I said before walking out,it wasn't a bad day at work so I was quite in a good mood.I walked to my car and hopped in,I put the keys in and as it started I put my seatbelt on.

My phone rang,I picked it up without looking at the caller ID. "Hello?" I said

"Hey,tryna go out this weekend again?" My sister asked,

"Uh no thanks,I just plan on staying home and watching my show-

"Oh come on,we had fun last time so let's do it again" she said as I heard a smile in her voice

"I'm sorry Alex,I had fun but I'm just not the same anymore so can you just come over and hang on the weekend?" I offered before driving off,she sighed

"I made plans this weekend,it's fine if you don't wanna come for whatever reason but..I love you" she said making me smile,at least she understands but just like what my mom said..I can't tell her about Marcus.

"I love you too hermana,bye" I said before hanging up

TIME SKIP

I stopped in-front of Miguel's house to pick up nessa,he came out with nessa in his arms.He walked down the porch steps and to my car,

He opened the backseat door and started to get her in the car seat, "bye mi niña,be good with mommy okay? I'll see you soon" he said as he kissed her cheek

He closed the door while I lower the window down of the passenger seat,he leaned in. "How was work?" He asked

"It was good,you got work tomorrow?"

"Yeah,it was nice having you around so just know if you need anything..I'm a phone call away alright?" He said,my lips formed into a smile hearing his thoughts.

"Okay thanks mikey,same goes for you if you need anything.the door is always open for you" I told him as he smirked

"Thanks y/n,I see you" he said before placing a kiss on his fingers like if he was gonna blew me a kiss but he put his hand on my car after.

I winked at him causing his eyes to widen before driving off,I laughed to myself

I still got it..

THE NEXT DAY

"You're the cutest baby ever" I babied Vanessa as I bathe her,she laughed,being contagious I laughed as well.

I finished with nessa so I turned the water off,I grabbed her towel and wrapped her in it making her look so cute.I grinned at her before picking her up in my arms,

I took her to our room and made her stand on the bed,I started drying her.After I started putting her clothes on,I placed her necklace that was gold and had her name on it.

My mom went all out for her jewelry,I put her earrings in and her little gold bracelet.I leaned back to get a good look at her before giggling, "you remind me of your grandma Rosa"

Her eyes widen before gasping dramatically like usual then smiling at me,I smiled at her before my placing forehead on hers as we giggled together.

There were knocks on the door,my eyebrows furrowed "who could that be?" I said while picking her up in my arms and walking downstairs.

I pulled the door,my face dropped

"What are you doing here Marcus?" I asked,Marcus had a smug on his face while he looked at nessa

"She looks like you but she kinda also looks like the long hair dude-

"What are you doing here? How did you find where I live?" I asked before looking back and forth of the sides outside

"Oh you know,I've known you since high school and you know..I've had a thing for you so I was a stalker-

"My child lives here with me-what is wrong with you-

"Can we help you?" I heard behind him,Marcus smirked before turning around to see who it was.My eyebrows furrowed to why he was here and how the hell he got here on time.

"Mason,hey Mason how's it going?" Marcus greeted him sticking his hand out for a handshake but Mason looked at it before looking back at him with a smirk.

"You didn't answer my question,can we help you?" He demanded,

"She told me that the long hair dude is the father so why are you acting like this child is yours?" He asked

"Cause the child is also my responsibility while the father and mother are working"

"Doesn't she send the kid to her parents?" Marcus asked

"I do but I also have babysitters,though that's not your business" I butted in,Marcus looked at me

"Interesting-

"What's interesting is that you're still on her property,so stop being a weirdo and when a girl says to back off you back off" Mason stated,I know Mason would use other words but nessa is here but she's in her little world looking outside.

Marcus looked at everyone for a few secs before nodding, "okay fine" he said but it sounded sarcastic.He walked down the steps and walked away but not before looking back at me,

As he finally disappeared Mason turned to me, "hey" he said as I gave him a weak smile.

"It's okay,I'm here" he said while pulling me into a hug,we pulled away before placing his attention on nessa. "Hey baby girl" I handed her to him

"Mason" she mumbled causing him to smile

"We spoke about this girl,it's uncle Mason" he said as he lifted her in the air making her giggle,I smiled to that sound

We walked in the house as I closed the door behind us,he walked to the couch with her in his arms. "How's it going y/n" he said looking at me,

"Uh well it's alright besides having a stalker" I said with a chuckle,he smiled

"Yeah the guy's weird but don't worry I don't have plans today and I'm off work so I can take care of this one" he said looking at her rubbing her tummy

He lifted her up in the air again, "makeup" nessa said pointing at Mason's face,

"You wanna do my makeup?" Mason asked her

"Yeah" she responded as I laughed,

"Okay you can do my makeup as long as you do my hair next" he said ruffling his hair,she nodded as he looked up at me "it's fake makeup right?" He whispered

I nodded as he sighed out of relief making me laugh, "well I'm gonna get ready for work" I told him making him nod before I went upstairs.
