"He said what?!" Alex shouted
"I know!" I whispered loudly since I was at work,
"Well do it"
"Alex!"
"He even said it himself,he can't say to you-i was right miguel can't find anyone that can do it like you!" I laughed
"No I'm not going to do it" I said getting a groan from the other line,
"Ugh just do it,you need sex in your system-
"Why is everyone obsessed with me getting sex?"
"Cause you haven't in almost three years! And your baby daddy basically offered to do it with you,y/n this man is clearly still in love with you..you think he will accept to do it with you if he didn't like you?"
"Really?"
"Yes! Based on what you told me,he wants something more than a hookup,the man wants the family to be back together!"
"Y/n I need you to get off your phone" my boss said,I gave him a nod
"I gotta go,love you" I told Alex,
"Love you too hermana,be smart" I heard before I hung up,I sighed before going to the kitchen window and grabbing plates for a table.
I didn't want miguel just for sex,he meant something more to me than that.The way he was acting yesterday seemed like he wanted to do the same but I never knew for sure,
MIGUEL POV
"Oh just fuck already" Brady said,I chuckled
"Yeah not happening" I said pouring his beer
"Clearly you both are hungry for sex and hungry for each other,do it" he said grabbing the cup and taking a sip,
I shook my head, "I'm willing to do it with her,I don't mind but if it's just for a hookup..I don't even know how I'll feel about that"
"Well guess what,she doesn't want just sex,clearly she feels something towards you and you can't see it-
"This is the woman I gotten pregnant,this is the woman I felled in love with and this is the woman that I cried over..I know her body language,I know her tone and I know her facial expressions so don't tell me I can't see anything" i explained
"Yet this is the same woman you lost,miguel you can get a second chance and do it right this time-i mean you never cheated on the girl,you never abused her and all it was is you guys were both toxic for each other" he added
"You guys were psycho for each other that it was bad,you didn't let a guy go near her for more than five seconds-
"It was three seconds"
"Like that's any better? She was this close to going to jail for you" he said as he made his fingers inches from each other "cause a girl got your order wrong at a restaurant,at first it can be cute but it can be dangerous.You were in custody miguel,at sixteen you gotten arrested for her"
"That's how bad you guys were,you guys were like partners in crime" he spoke making me shake my head "now that you both grown up and are raising a kid,you guys know better so it can work,that's my advice to you my brother" he took a sip out of his drink as I sighed
"Yeah..yeah you're right"
Y/N POV/TIME SKIP
"Where's my child?" I asked as I walked in my mother's house,
"She's with your mom" my dad told me,I looked around seeing nessa in my mom's arms. "Amor,one of your daughter's here"
My mom looked up causing her to hug nessa tighter, "no please don't take my granddaughter away from me" she whined making me giggle
"Sorry it's time to go home" I told her,
"Hey how's Miguel? I miss that kid already" my dad spoke,I turned my head
"He's good,he came to the mall with Taty and I" I said looking down at my shoes
"Aw how nice" my mom said
"Well tell that boy I'm having a barbecue this weekend,and since it's our weekend with nessa he can't say no..make sure to tell him that I said so" he demanded
"But dad-
"I don't care if y'all not besties,I said to tell him alright? You know I don't like to repeat myself"
I sighed, "okay" I looked back at my mom who shrugged her shoulders knowing she can't do anything about it. "Where's Alex?"
"Up in her room,she's been doing good,she spent the day with Vanessa" she stated,I nodded as I heard a door open upstairs "speak of the devil" she muttered making me smile
Footsteps came down the stairs before I looked where they were, "hey chica" she greeted me before dabbing me up
"Ma said you being good"
"I told you I'm gonna keep my promise"
"You said that last time about not getting any more tattoos,now look at you,having your neck done" I said as she laughed
"Oh well,I wasn't sober at the time but I think it looks coo" she said not saying the L in cool cause of her accent,
"Yeah I almost killed her for that" my dad said making me cackle,
"Okay come on,I need to get home and I'm taking my kid with me" I said walking towards my mom,my mom groaned as she held nessa tighter making her laugh
"No keep her here" Alex said
"No,she's coming with mommy" I said grabbing nessa from my mom
"Chris tell her" my mom said,my dad shrugged
"I'm off dad duty" he said taking a sip of his drink,my mom gave him that look.He sighed "leave the kid here,you gotta go back to work tomorrow so what's the point?"
"Okay fine but miguel doesn't come to the barbecue-
"Ah! Now why you gotta do that to me?" My dad complained
"Choose,miguel or nessa" I said having nessa in my arms,my mom gasped as my dad groaned
"Ugh fine! Take nessa-
"Chris!"
