It's 3:30 in the morning, and Julieta woke up thirsty. Julieta got out of bed and went downstairs to get a drink of water. All of a sudden, she hears mirabel crying, so she walks upstairs to take care of her. "What's the matter, mi vida?" Julieta whispered in a soft voice. Mirabel then stops crying. Julieta checks mirabel but finds out that she just missed mami. "Did you just want me? Is that all?" Julieta said softly. So Julieta picked up mirabel and took her downstairs to make her a bottle. Julieta then hears footsteps behind her as she walks down the stairs. She looks behind her and sees a little girl behind her. "What's wrong, dolores?" Julieta asked. "Nothing just woke up thirsty." Dolores replied. "Alright, let's get you a drink of water too," Julieta said.
So Julieta grabbed Dolores' hand gently, and they went into the kitchen. "Why are you up, tia?" Dolores asked. "I woke up thirsty, and mirabel woke up too, so I have to make her a bottle, so she'll go back to sleep." Julieta replied. "Oh, ok," Dolores said. Dolores drank her cup of water and went back to bed. Julieta got done making a mirabels bottle and went into the living room. "Alright, mi Vida, let's get you back to sleep." Julieta said. So Julieta put the bottle in mirabel's mouth and mirabel started to drink the warm milk. After about 5 minutes, mirabel fell asleep, so Julieta went upstairs and put mirabel in her crib and put her butterfly plush in her arms. Then Julieta went back to sleep
It's 7:00 a.m. and Isabella came running into Julieta's room, waking both agustin and Julieta. "Mami, wake up it's Christmas!" Isabella said. "Alright, let's go," Julieta replied. So Julieta got out of bed and picked mirabel out of her crib and changed her. "Ok, mi vida, let's see what you got for Christmas." Julieta said as she gave mirabel a kiss. So Julieta and agustin walk downstairs to see that the whole family is awake. "What took you guys so long?" Felix said jokingly. "Had to wake up," agustin replied.
After about 20 minutes, everyone started to open gifts while Julieta had mirabel on her lap, helping open her gifts. "Awww, look what tia Pepa got you." Julieta said. She opened the gift, and it was some butterfly pajamas and a butterfly pacifier. Isabella opened one of her gifts, and she got some flower pajamas. Meanwhile, Dolores opened her gift, and she got some earmuffs. "Oh, these will help so much," Dolores said as she put the earmuffs on. Luisa opened her gift, and she got some heavy dumbells. "Yes, just what I wanted," Luisa said. All the madrigals got done opening their gifts and went to the village to pass out more gifts.
It's 8:30 pm and all the madrigal kids are in bed except mirabel she's still wide awake. Pepa is playing with mirabel, but all of a sudden, she quickly goes to the bathroom and throws up. Julieta saw mirabel sitting on the floor without supervision. "Where's tia at?" Julieta asked. She then hears Pepa and goes to check on her. "Pepa, are you ok in there?" Julieta asked. "No, I'm not feeling the best right now. Pepa replied. "Do you need help?" Julieta asked again. "No, I'll be fine," Pepa replied. "Ok, I'm gonna put mirabel to bed. Are you sure you'll be ok?" Julieta said. "Yeah," Pepa replied
A few minutes later, Pepa comes out of the bathroom and goes upstairs and goes to bed
