THE SANCHEZ FAMILY loves having people over at their home. Angelica loved cooking for people, especially when she's doing it with Olivia, and they enjoy their food. Hector loved talking with their guests about sports or anything else, as he loved to talk. And Alec loved seeing the people he loved come together and be in the same place.
The Sanchez home was holding a baby shower for Amelia and Malachi. Everyone was there except for Alec's aunt Elena, who, of course, lives in New York and couldn't make it but sends her love. Alec even asked to invite May and her family, which Amelia was happy with, seeing as she had yet to meet the girls' family.
The party was in full swing, with everyone hanging out and talking in the living room. They had already had Amelia and Malachi open their gifts from everyone, which was a lot. They got plenty of diapers and clothes for the baby to last a while. Toys the baby while love as they grow older and a special stuffed dragon from Alec for the baby to cherish forever.
The party was going great, and Alec even had the pleasure of meeting Amelia's mom, Gabriela. Of course, he was initially nervous, but upon meeting her, Alec felt the mom's vibes coming from her and immediately relaxed. He talked to her a bit with his grandparents and learned that if his mother was still here, the two women would have been great friends.
