Auntie hannah was showing us old pictures of mom and dad in high-school while they made food for every one with the help of lucas . We had been laughing at a few but a really cool one caught my eye, well all of our eyes
Mom had his hair dyed ginger and dad's hair was black, mom was wearing a white cropped top and baggy black jeans as well as a chain for a belt and converse. Dad was wearing all black, a black shirt, black leather jacket and black jeans as well as black trainers and sunglasses resting in his hair. It appeared they were sat on the steps of a school, their fingers intertwined as they smiled to eachother and the sun set
" they had detention that day, I took that photo out of the window of the car as mom and dad were driving to pick them up on my first ever phone . They were sixteen then, that made me....ten" She chuckled " aren't they perfect together?"
We all hummed in agreement " were they rebels?" Asked hyunjin
" kinda" auntie hannah snickered " they're more mature now though, luckily "
She scrolled onto the next photo, she was using mom and dad's laptop. She knew about the file, dad told her. It was called ' cute shit to remember '
The next image was them shirtless, covered in sand with wet hair while they kissed " im happy my parents love eachother " I mumbled " I'm lucky this time "
I felt jeongin pat my back softly before auntie hannah spoke " yes, you're very lucky to be calling minho and chan your parents. They love you so much already, you won't understand that connection unless you have kids. You may not be biological but your existence makes then happy"
" how do you know?" Seungmin asked
" im very close with chan, he tells me alot " she hummed before going to the next picture
It appeared to be them at prom , they were both wearing suits. Mom had a skirt suit and they were dancing around a dance floor while other students just watched " see that?" Auntie hannah pointed at mom and dad's heads " they got prom King and Queen. I'm pretty sure they still have the crowns actually "
" so romantic!" Exclaimed felix
We all laughed , changbin pulled the younger into his lap to cuddle up with him as a reaction to his cuteness
The next photo was even more romantic though, it was dad slipping a promise ring onto moms finger as they kissed and mom cried happily
" I want them to get married " pouted hyunjin
" same" jeongin agreed
The next picture was the two sat on the couch, dad had his head in moms lap as he looked up at him with nothing but love in his eyes. The same way he looks at him now. Mom was smiling down at him and he played with his hair
" what are you guys doing in here?" Dad walked through
" nothiinnnggh" seungmin said, sounding mischievous
" looking at old pictures of you and mom because it's nice seeing that your parents love eachother after a childhood of them not" felix blurted out
Dad's eyes softened " cmere sunshine" he walked over and picked up the smaller
Felixs pov
I relaxed into dad's touch as he picked me up and smiled " are you okay?" He asked as he left the others ,who understood he was gonna talk to me immediately
" yes " I nodded " better now I have family but I'm still scared...what did she put in me?"
" we should find out by the end of this week sunshine " he replied then pecked the top of my head making me giggle happily " dinners ready, are you gonna try and eat?"
" just a litrle" I replied
" alittle better mean more than just a nibble " he said
" it is...I'll have half a plates worth. Its better than nothing "
" you're right" he went to put me down but I whined " sunshine, I've got to put you down"
" nooo" I shook my head " I like your cuddles "
" you like everyone's cuddles, cuddlebug" he chuckled then brought me through to the dining room, the others following once mom called them informing us, auntie hannah and lucas that food was ready
