POOJA: How much time you need to complete this?

POOJA: You'll get the assistance & required team for workers & my condition is project should be completed within 3.5 years. The payment ratio from property owners will be 20% at booking, 60% at construction & 20% at handover. If you're agreed I'm ready to invest.
VANSH: But abhi toh uska interior ka thoda sa kaam baaki hain.
REHAAN: Haan it will definitely take a month.
