Chapter Fourteen

"Put your fucking guns down now," I heard a voice I didn't think I would hear here

"Ace what the hell?!" Josh and Matteo yelled 

"If you ever dare tell your son's men to point a gun at her you will die. And you. Matteo tell us, do you believe the kid is yours?" Ace asked

"I do because Luna isn't someone who would lie or sleep around," Matteo said

"Great so are we signing an alliance with her brother Ares?" Ace asked

"Yes we are," Matteo said before glaring at his parents

"Apologize now before you go pack your stuff for Italy. You aren't staying in the same house as she is," Matteo said

"Son you need to make sure. If you don't this could ruin our bloodline and someone else will take the don title that isn't our blood," Victoria said

"I didn't sleep around. My brothers were never even at the house only Josh and he is gay!" I said with tears in my eyes

"Matteo, Allie get her upstairs so she can rest. I'll make her some tea. She's probably in shock right now," Ace said

"Ace, how do you know her?" Ricco asked

"How do I know her? I know her from the academy. She spent a year and a half there with us. How do you not remember? Your three boys as well as Draco were impressed and saw her as a rival," Ace said and added, "Oh wait that's right she went by a different name back then.

She was the youngest, just turned 15 when she came to the academy beaten and with blood all over herself.

She was the prodigy of Master Dean and in the same class as me, Draco, and Ronnie,"

"Wait what?" Everyone asked

"That can't be. She can't be Vallary. If she was why is she so weak?" Hades said and asked

"Vallary always seemed weak yet she knows how to protect herself in close combat and is really good at using a bow and arrows as well as knives," Ace said smiling at me as I kept my eyes on him

"What no hello?" he then asked and sat down on the stairs with his gun still in his hands

"I only joined the academy to get my revenge," I said

"Yet you have a kind and soft heart and couldn't kill them. You still can't kill anyone or anything yet you have the amazing skills to do so," Ace said and looked down at my hand that was still on my stomach before saying, "I wonder how much that will change when people are after that child. Will you kill them or hesitate as you did in class?"

"You are carrying the future of the Russo's little Luna. The strongest mafia's future. The Italian Don or Donna. Many will come once they learn the kid is Matteo's. Will you be able to kill to protect your child?" he asked again smirking

"she wouldn't have to. We will protect them," Josh said

"In our world, we can't protect someone who can't protect themselves. We all lose things we love once before becoming stone cold," Ace said and looked me in the eyes before saying, "You remember, don't you? What our business usually includes. Death, Drugs, Money, Betrayal, Whores, Guns, Violence, and so much more,"

"I remembered everything the master had taught us, Ace. Just because I didn't kill someone doesn't mean I don't know how or to do anything. I will protect my baby," I said

"Even if you do it alone with no money. No one else to help you?" He asked

"I will protect my baby until my last breath," I said
