Chapter Eighteen

As we drove Allie and I sat in the back with Hades and Josh while Ace drove and Matteo was on the passenger side.

"I hope they are okay," Allie said

"They will be," I said and added, "Knowing Owen he's a great fighter,"

"How do you know that?" Hades asked

"Well, I snuck out there once or more times without my brothers and continued to do it until the night I met you, Diego and your father. That was the last day I saw him," I said

"Good to know," He said and looked back out the window.

While Josh mumbled under his breath asshole

Once we got a mile before the gates to mermaid pond and the Cottage we stopped and the boys all got out while Allie and I switched seats. I smirked when I saw the keys were still inside and looked to see they were all too busy

"Oh they're going to kill me," I said making Allie look at me before looking at the keys

"Go," She said

I smiled at her before starting the car and spinning away. I saw them all turn abruptly and tried to reach the car but luckily I was fast and awesome. Just before I saw the gates I took a turn and drove into the woods before finding the dirt road I made with my old scrap car and stopped right behind my three racing cars

"What is this place," Allie asked getting out with me

"My hideaway. Come on this path will lead us straight to the back door," I said pointing to the small and narrow way between the huge rocks

We managed to get through and once Allie saw Beth she smiled.

"Shh," I said and grabbed her hand before taking her into a hiding spot near the cottage and knocking five times softly on the small window

"Beth seat come eat. Bring snow!" we heard Owen yell and once I saw Owen close the door I opened the back door instantaneously so it didn't make any other sounds to alert the guards

"Beth shh," Owen said looking up at me and his eyes went wide to see Allie next to me

"Allie?" he asked before hugging her and then looking at me as Beth hugged my waist

"Luna I missed you," She said

"I missed you too princess," I said and looked at Owen

"Where were you two years nothing!" he said a bit mad

"Sorry life kinda got a bit crazy," I said and hugged him

"What happened? Why did you come here with Allison?" he asked

"Owen I need you to be frank with me. The guards. They are with the Americans right?" I asked

"Yes," He said and looked confused until an angry Matteo, Ace, and Josh came in looking pissed at me and Allie

"You fucking girls are you insane?" Mattro asked growling

"How did you? I never told you about the back way," I said looking at Josh

"We followed your tracks idiot. Once cars btw," Josh said pissed

"Let's go we don't have time," Ace said

"I can't go," Owen said

"Why not uncle?" Matteo asked

"Because Bil has my son. Lucas. They have him. They give me pics every two months just so I can see him and in exchange, I  help them with weapons and I don't run," Owen said
