Chapter Nineteen

As we drove Lucas's phone started ringing so Josh answered it and placed it on loudspeaker

"Where are you heading?" I heard Matteo's voice

"Hey, we are going to see Shrine," Lucas said

"Why is someone hurt? Is Luna okay?" he asked worriedly

"Luna is fine I think she's kinda in a headspace right now though. She said she wanted to see the baby so that's why we're going," Lucas said

"Can she hear me?" He asked

"Yeah," Lucas said

"Luna baby girl," Matteo said and I hummed in response before he said, "Are you okay? Your brother, Ace and I are on our way so we'll meet you guys there,"

"What about your mother?" Josh asked

"The rest will handle her. I want to see my child as well," He said

"Guys she's crying," Allie said before hugging me

"Why? Baby what's wrong?" he asked

I couldn't find my voice yet or it was because I didn't want to talk so I took Allie's hand and placed it on my belly

"Oh, my god. The baby is moving and kicking," Allie said

I smiled and looked at her

"You guys are making us have a heart attack.  We thought something was wrong!"  Ace said

"Our little dagger is starting to kick already," I said happily

"We'll be there soon. I can't wait to see our little dagger," Matteo said and I can hear the smile on his face

I know it's weird but I just could. I smiled before Lucas said, "We're passing through the gates now and will be there in a few seconds. See you later,"

"See ya," Ares said before the line went dead.

We went through the massive gates and after a few seconds, we stopped in front of a big place.

"What a surprise this is," A woman said as we got out of the car

"I know three of you, who's the other two?" she asked

"Shrine this is Luna and her brother Joshua. Luna is pregnant with Matteo's baby," Lucas said

"Wow. Damn okay. Come on in. I'm guessing he will be here soon and that you are here for the first time to see the baby," she said

"Yeah," I said

"Great come on. Jade, bring Matteo up once he gets here," She said before we went into the massive place

As we went in I saw it was a huge house with a few people inside.

"The first floor is our lounge whereas on the second is our ICU, and normal hospital beds to recover. The third is our ORs, the fourth floor is where we do scans and other diagnoses. It is also where we will be going to see the baby. The fifth and sixth floors are our living corridors. Where we sleep, eat, and bathe," Shrine said

"This place is amazing," I said

"Yeah. George made sure we had everything. There are three places like this for us to use. One in Italy, one in Spain, and one here," She said

"Cool," Josh said

We got on an elevator before she pressed the number four button. The quiet ride up was exhausting and a bit awkward because Shrine kept looking at me up and down

"Why are you looking at her like that?" Josh asked making me see everyone was looking at her

"It's just surprising. I thought he'd never settle down. Especially not with a girl like her that's all," She said
