Chapter Sixteen

It's been a few days now since I arrived here. Josh and Diego are always around me when I leave Matteo's room and so is Allie.

Allie and I have started being great friends and talking about everything. She and Ace went on one date two nights ago but she and I still haven't gotten to talking about that yet because Matteo and I have been busy getting the nursery ready and arguing with his mother who no longer is welcome in George's house since she has been screwing around and has been telling Matteo I am wrong for him.

That is also the reason Matteo's father Ricco was yelling the other day. He found her cheating on him with his guard. Once he found out he killed the guard and started yelling at her.

Question... How did I find it out? Well, the cook and three maids here love to gossip especially if they don't see anyone near. They of course do the gossiping around me because they think I am just Matteo's new plaything like they just said while gossiping in the kitchen.

Allie who's now standing next to me grabbed my hand and squeezed it while they continued to gossip. The two maids that were gossiping with the cook turned around and froze once they saw both me and Allie standing there behind them they all turned pale with fear

"You shouldn't say that things. Miss Luna is a great gal for our boss, not a plaything," The cook said a bit upset because of what they said not knowing we were there listening

"My new plaything?" Matteo asked behind me making me jump to see him, Diego, Hades, Ace, and Josh standing behind me and Allie

"B-boss," the girls stuttered

"Miranda, how many times have they gossiped about my family behind our backs?" Diego asked

"Since Before Luna got here sir, but recently they started gossiping about you and Miss Luna and what happened to Mr Russo and Mrs Russo sir," she said turning around

"Is that so? And what else did they say?" Hades asked

"Boss we're sorry," one of the girls said with tears in her eyes while the other one just looked at us

"You don't have to apologize to me," Matteo said as he wrapped his arm around my waist and let his hand rest on my belly

"Apologize to her and my baby and if she forgives you you have ten seconds to get out of this house with your lives," Matteo said glaring at them

"Wait Miss Luna are you pregnant?" Miranda asked and once I nodded my head her smile turned more brightly before saying, "Congratulations. I'm so happy for both of you and Mr Russo,"

"Thank you," I said while I felt the glare of the one maid on me

"Sir please have mercy on my child she's still young and stupid as well as badly influenced by Gillette. The maid next to her," Miranda asked hugging the crying maid

"She can apologize and leave with her life," Diego said

"I'm sorry miss luna," The girl said

"It's fine no harm done," I said and looked at the one who was glaring at me

"You are too soft to be his," Gillette said making everyone look at her

"Gillette don't make this harder for yourself. Apologize and leave before my brother kills you," Allie said

"Like hell, I would. He was mine before this fat whore came along," She said

"You were the plaything, Gillette. It must be hard knowing he doesn't love you. You were just a way for him to wet his dick and he got tired of you," I said as I started snapping
