Walker's POV (can you believe it?)

I had been trying to wake Delphi up for 20 fucking minutes, and this girl was not getting up.

I shook her again, lightly of course. "Get up darling." I said jokingly.

Kind of.

She groans as she sits up and throws a pillow at me. "What did you just call me?"

I felt myself blush, obviously.

"Uh-I didn't think you'd wake up." I say as I scratch the back of my neck awkwardly.

"Why are you trying to wake me up?" She whines and face plants back into the pillows.

(I do not mean like a dog. I mean like a child, whining about wanting ice cream)

"Because. Zoe is sending us out for coffee for the adults. Shawn's giving us the day off because they're all a bit hungover from last night." I laugh quietly.

"And I'm asleep. Goodnight." She pulls her blanket over her head and curls up under it.

"Fucking centipede." I mumble as I throw her pillow back at her.

"Go by yourself." She tells me as she pulls her pillow under the blanket with her.

"I can't. Whatever, I'll just tell your dad to Door Dash it." I say.

I distinctly remember your arm around her all night AND SHE WAS WEARING YOUR JACKET

You were drunk you couldn't possibly remember that

And yet you didn't deny it

I thought you'd be more mad about that

I know you'd be a good boyfriend for her if she makes the choice. But also no.

Kraft Kid:

"Alright he's fine with it." I tell her, who fell back asleep.

Ryan, Delphi's dad, basically just gave me permission to date her.

That means I need to pick up my game and charm her.

I really like Delphi, for so many reasons.
