The room erupted into noise as Walker started jogging up the stairs to me, which told me I should probably get up.

I stood up and started moving down the stairs toward him, his face wide with a grin as we met in the middle and he kissed me.

I wasn't expecting it so it took me a couple seconds before I kissed him back and he wrapped his arms around my waist.

He then picked me up a bit and spun me around, laughing before setting me down as everyone in the theater continued talking about everything.

"All about the theatrics, aren't you Walker." I laughed before hugging him.

"Is that all you have to say to me?" Walker asked with a roll of his blue eyes.

"No" I replied simply. "But the movie is starting."

"You're not gonna like it." Walker whispered.

"Why not?" I asked as we walked back to our seats where Connor was looking at Walker with a entertained expression.

"I had to kiss her at the end." He told me. "It was not fun."

"That's okay, on screen doesn't count." I shrugged.

"You're the best." Walker smiled.

"Hey, flirting people to my left, you're missing the movie." Connor reminded us sassily.

"I made the movie, I know what happens." Walker sassed back, making Connor roll his eyes but we shut up anyways.

Walker interlocked our hands, which sent butterflies into my stomach as I squeezed his hand gently.

I leaned my head onto his shoulder and sipped my icee as we watched the movie, which was pretty cool I won't even lie.

"So Delphi, I know for a fact your dad heard about that whole stunt in the theater. Not that that's the only reason I'm doing this, I've wanted to do this for a long time, but-" Walker took a breath and restarted his sentence.

"I really really like you Delphi. And I don't want us to just be friends anymore, so I guess I'm officially asking you if you'd do me the honor of being my girlfriend?"

"If you don't say yes I'm gonna throw you across this parking lot I swear to god." Connor commented, making me and Walker both start laughing.

"Of course I will." I told him, smiling happily as he wrapped his zip up around me and kissed my forehead.

"Okay now go home and spend some time with your family." Walker said. "That's an order."

"Yes Sargent" I saluted him before zipping up the jacket he gave me. "I'll text you when I get home."

"Not if I text you first." Walker joked as I walked toward my parent's car.

"Okay I regret everything break up your too lovey already." Connor gagged as he got into his dad's car.

"Dumbass." I heard Walker call out as I approached the car, my dad leaning against it with his arms crossed.
