My eyes slowly flutter open because of the sun thats slowly crawling into my face.

I stretch and groan as I reach towards my phone. What time is it? 6:45.

"Oh shit," I whisper and rush to get dress. I don't even know what I'm going to wear. It's not like I have a lot of clothes or anything. All I own are black jeans, black shirts, and some colorful ones.

Eventually I settled with a plain white shirt, and black pants. Call me basic, except Im not basic.

I pick up my book bag and walk past the mirror. Oh my god, what is that!

Its me. My curly hair is all over the place, I swear it has a mind of it's own sometimes. I just put that in a weird bun looking type thing, grab my phone, and rush downstairs.

"Good morning," my brother, Reed, says while handing me a bagek and coffee.

"Thanks for the coffee, but im taking two donuts." I kiss him on the cheek and head out the house at excatly 6:58pm.

If I walk, school is 15 minutes away, but if I ride my penny board I can get there at 7:06.

It's obvious what my option is.

Pushing off my leg, I speed away from the Coffee House, and through the Village Park.

I make it to school parking lot by 7:05. A minute early. Know I have 5 minutes to get across my huge school campus so I can get to AP Biology.

Jesus.

I don't know how I did it, but I somehoe managed to get into my class as soon as the bell rang. "Yes!" I cheer, and people look at me. Slightly embarassed, but not really, my eyes shift towards the floor and I walk to my desk.

"Why were you late?" Cory, my boy friend, asks me when I sit down.

"Sleep." I answer and focus on class.

Eight minutes passing. That's how long I get to see Bella for, minus the thirty minutes we have in health.

Our lockers being next to each other makes everything 100xs better.

"Buenas dias, mi amor." Bella smiles as we greet each other with a hug.

"Hey." I answer, more yawn. Okay, I yawn.

Bella and I have been best friends since, I can't remember. She's just always been there.

It's just one of those friendships. Bella, a very cheerful person, goes on to tell me about this cute proporsal video that she say yesterday.

"They were dancing partners..." She says something else but I completely zone out. The miEar znute bell rings before she can finish anyway.

"Dude, I gotta run."

"Yeah. Text me."
