"Will you be my girlfriend?"

"What?" I ask staring at Dylan. Of course I heard what he said.

"I know, I know, it sounds ridiculous. But we've been seeing each other for a while, and I know that we weren't name status worthy, and I know--"

"Dylan." I say softly but he doesn't hear me.

"--that I might be awkward since I told you I love you, which I do by the way--"

"Dylan." I say again a little bit louder.

he's cute when he's talking fast.

what if you kiss him right now?

debatable, debatable.

"--I really do. But I just want...I just--"

kissing him is a highly debatable subject.

do it.

no, don't.

do it.

"Dylan." I say loud enough for him to hear me. He stops talking at sighs heavily while rubbing his neck (think of that one scene from Aladdin when Aladdin talks about Jasmine.)

"Yeah?" He asks.

do it.

"Shut up." I tell him while I press my lips to his lips it doesn't take him long to kiss back. I wrap my arms around his neck so that I can be closer to him (if I step on my tippy toes I'll be closer to his height) and he wraps his arms around my waist to do the same.

The kiss only lasted about a minute but it was totally worth it.

"Is that a yes?" Dylan asks.

"No, Dylan, I kissed you just to say no."

"Don't be sarcastic."

"Don't tell me what to do."
