A few weeks have passed since the sleepover where Minjeong last saw Jimin. She has been spending time with Jaehyun lately and finds him very enjoyable. Each day, her feelings for Jimin seem to be gradually fading. Jaehyun has been a great help because he helps her take her mind off Jimin, and she no longer thinks about her daily like she used to.

While Jimin was having a difficult time trying to forget Minjeong. Since their interaction at Ning's house, Jimin had been thinking about the younger girl a lot.

Jimin and Ryujin's relationship seems to be going through a rough patch lately. Jimin has noticed that Ryujin has become distant, and they don't talk as much as they used to. Whenever Jimin would call Ryujin, she would often say that she was busy or doing something else and would promise to hang out later. However, when Jimin tried to make plans, Ryujin would pull out the same excuse, leaving Jimin uneasy.

Today, Jimin had a date with Ryujin, but Jimin felt a little sick. "Why do you look pale?" her mother asked, concerned. She approached Jimin and put a hand on her forehead. "Honey, you're burning!" Her mom dragged her to sit on the sofa. "I have work today. Do you have someone you can call to take care of you?" She wanted to stay with her daughter, but she had something important to do, and Aeri was going to her friend's house.

"I'm hanging out with Ryujin today," she assured her mother that she was okay and could still go out.

"No, darling, you are not going out in this state. Maybe you should invite Ryujin over, and she could take care of you," her mother suggested.

Aeri sneered, "I think Jimin would prefer Minjeong." Jimin glared at her. Their mother was unaware of her daughter's sexuality and relationship with Ryujin.

"Mom, it's okay, you can leave. I will call Ryujin to come over," her mother nodded because she trusted Ryujin and knew she would take good care of her. After her mom left to get ready for work, Jimin took out her phone and called Ryujin to tell her to cancel their date and come to her house instead.

"Hello?"

"Love"

"Yes, jimin." Ouch, where did the nicknames disappear?

"I woke up feeling unwell. Could we cancel today and stay inside?"

"..." After a few seconds of silence, "I was about to call you to say sorry because I can't come right now."

"Oh"

"I am sorry next time we will go out, I promise," again with the same excuse. "Get well soon," and then she hung up. Are you kidding me?! Jimin felt hurt. Why was Ryujin acting like that and making? Up fake promises?

"Is she coming over?" Jimin's mom asked as she came downstairs. Jimin nodded, lying to her. She didn't want to burden her mother, even though she felt like she was getting worse than before. "Okay, I will leave now. Please take care of yourself," her mother said as she kissed Jimin's forehead and left. Aeri had already left a few minutes ago.

She is currently sick and all by herself at home. She feels fragile and has no energy to return to her room and rest. She is lying down on the sofa with her eyes closed, hoping that a little bit of sleep will help her feel better later.

Meanwhile, Minjeong enjoyed her time with Jaehyun on their date at an amusement park. "Let's go on the rollercoaster!" Jaehyun exclaimed with excitement.

Minjeong shook her head and said, "I can't go on this thing." She looked terrified, and Jaehyun laughed.

"I'll hold you, it's okay," Minjeong blushed, knowing that Jaehyun was stubborn. She nodded and they joined the line, waiting for their turn.

As she stood there waiting, Minjeong's phone rang. It was Jimin, whom she hadn't heard from in a few weeks. Why was she calling now? Jaehyun looked at the caller ID and frowned.

"Jimin?"

"Minjeong-ah" Now Minjeong was concerned because Jimin's voice was nearly heard.

"Jimin? Are you okay?" jaehyun was looking at her asking her what was happening and minjeong shrugged.

"Minjeongie I missed you" Her voice was kinda weird.

"Jimin are you drunk?"

"I'm tired" The line beeped. "Shit," Minjeong thought, worried. She looked apologetically at Jaehyun, who immediately looked down.

Minjeong felt bad for ruining their date, but she was worried sick about Jimin. "It's okay, you can go," he told her.

"I promise I will make it up to you." She kissed his cheek and walked away.

After taking a taxi to Jimin's house, she knocked on the door several times, but there was no answer. She tried to look inside the windows, but the house was dark. Was Jimin inside? Suddenly, the door opened, and Minjeong rushed in, only to see a zombie-like Jimin looking at her before passing out.

-

Jimin opened her eyes and saw Minjeong sitting in front of her. Minjeong's head was down, and she was closing her eyes. "Thinking of her was not enough, and now I am dreaming of her," Jimin said, not believing her own eyes.

Minjeong jolted awake when she heard Jimin. "Are you feeling better now?" she put her hand on Jimin's forehead, but Minjeong was sure that if she cracked an egg on Jimin's head, it would cook.

"Minjeongie," Minjeong looked at Jimin. "Are you real?" Jimin touched all over Minjeong's face, making sure that she was real. Minjeong was laughing while blushing. "Why do you feel real?" Jimin frowned.

"Because I am here, Jimin," Minjeong smiled at Jimin, who looked very cute. Jimin jolted awake when she heard Minjeong's response. "Hey, don't move!" Minjeong lay her back down.

"Minjeongie," Jimin continued to touch her face, but Minjeong pulled her hands away. "I missed you." A tear rolled down Jimin's face, and Minjeong panicked. "Why didn't you call me or text me?" The tears continued to fall, and Minjeong didn't know what to say or do.

"Jimin, you're hot right now," she said, trying to change the subject as she didn't want to talk while Jimin was in this state.

"I know I'm hot," Jimin smirked. She wondered how Jimin could suddenly stop crying and become so confident.

"I will make some soup for you. Don't move, okay?" Minjeong stood up, and Jimin nodded, closing her eyes. Minjeong went into the kitchen and started making the soup. At first, she had difficulty figuring out where everything was, but she found everything she needed.

-

After feeding Jimin, Minjeong gave her medicine and led her to her room. She lay Jimin down and covered her with a blanket. Jimin fell asleep, and Minjeong couldn't help but stare at her. She realized her feelings for Jimin were returning, which wasn't great. Minjeong sighed and was about to leave the room when Jimin grabbed her hand. "Minjeongie, stay with me, please. I don't want to be alone." A tear rolled down Jimin's face, and Minjeong nodded, lying beside her.

She was stiff initially, but Jimin snuggled closer, hugging Minjeong's waist and resting her head on her chest. Minjeong's heart beat so fast that she feared Jimin could hear it. All the feelings that had faded a few weeks ago had returned stronger than before.

When Jimin fell asleep, she planned to leave, but her eyes betrayed her, and she also dozed off. Later, when her mother returned home, she found the house quiet and looked for Jimin. Upon entering her room, she saw two girls sleeping in bed while cuddling. She frowned since she knew that the other girl wasn't Ryujin.

However, when she checked her daughter's forehead, she realized she was doing much better. She kissed Jimin's forehead and left the room to let the girls sleep. Despite her initial confusion, the mother couldn't help but think that they looked cute together.
