"Awkward..." Kimberly would spout out with a cheerful grin, I simply looked off and gazed at the surroundings before glancing at Aubrey.
"So..." Basil would speak up with a smile, "How's everyone doing?" He asked the question, but the mood was rather...
"Just fine..." Aubrey scoffed, holding her hand up to her mouth as she rested her chin upon it.
"Doing great!" Kel chuckled heartily, "I can't wait honestly." Kel exclaimed in his own upbeat and energetic fashion.
Small discussions, talking, conversations.
We spoke about stuff, our lives, how things have been.
Everything that would've been missed, the good and bad times, and back to where it all began.
And so the day would continue on, just like that, as if a narrative was soon coming to an end.
Whether it be a natural ending, good or bad, or even...a special one.
Who knows...maybe in another life, in another time, another world, a timeline far stretched out from here...things...would surely be at peace.
