Things were doing fine for me the last few weeks.

Rye has constant progress when it comes to his physical therapy. Sobra akong masaya sa ganoong klase ng balita. He told me it wasn't even possible if I weren't there to support him.

Despite past conflicts and force fields trying to separate the both of us, I was extremely happy right now.

They didn't matter. Basta ako, masaya akong sinusubaybayan ang progress ng boyfriend ko, masaya akong masaya siya, at masaya akong payapa ang kalooban ko. I was glowing with the happiness radiating from within.

Naging matunog na naman ang pangalan ko matapos ang binitiwan kong pahayag nitong nakaraan. I was anticipating that as talk of the town, I couldn't care less. Samu't saring reaksyon ang bumalik sa akin.

Most of them, especially my die-hard fans, were devastated by my decision to leave the industry.

Ganoon din ang akala ko noong una, dahil wala naman akong ibang kinagisnan at minahal kung hindi pag-arte, umikot ang halos kalahati ng aking buhay sa pag-aartista, pero naging mas madali sa aking bumitiw.

I fell out of love with my first love, and it was fine.

It's okay to start fresh and start anew in life. It's okay to get rid of the old habits and welcome a new one. It's okay to be honest not to have the same love or passion to a job, rather than spend another decade trying to rekindle the lost fire in misery.

People change... in life, in perspective, in habits... there's nothing wrong with that.

Handa na akong harapin ang panibago kong buhay kasama ng taong mahal na mahal ko at taong mahal din ako. This time, I want it peaceful and private, but definitely not a secret.

Marami kaming plano ni Rye lalo na't mabilis ang kanyang paggaling. We plan to travel the world together and spend our days in their hacienda.

Sa ngayon, nagpapagawa na kami ng bahay sa bakanteng lupain malapit sa kanilang hacienda. We were both contributing to the finances of the mansion we were building. He insisted to build the whole house for me, I didn't agree to it.

Hindi pa namin napapag-usapan ang tungkol sa kasal. We hadn't talked about it formally yet. Pakiramdam ko naghihintayan lang kaming dalawang buksan ang usapan tungkol dito.

Pinag-usapan namin iyon ni Michelle nang mabanggit niya sa akin. I told her that I was planning to propose to Raius, and whenever I told her about me proposing to my boyfriend, she was looking at me like I had the most ridiculous idea of all.

Like what?!

Nasa modernong panahon na ang mundo, wala namang masama kung babae ang unang mag-initiate o mag-propose sa partner nila. Wala rin namang nagbabawal.

And I'm willing!

I was thinking about that a lot. Ilang buwan na akong nag-iisip ng perfect proposal para sa boyfriend ko, I even asked his sister. Wala rin namang naitulong ang sagot niya.
