Uh hello,
I know this fic is finished and completed but I'm here to announce I've started writing an alternate fic of this story. The first 11 chapters are out already if you're interested, it's called 'Orange Lights'.
The reason I'm writing it is because there were a few things I originally wanted to write for this fic but never ended up doing so because I wasn't too sure if readers would have liked it if I did imo.
I won't say everything that will be changed or rewritten, but one thing is that I was heavily considering Dylan as a potential endgame love interest for the reader in this fic, idk what happened but the two characters had a lot of chemistry together and a good arc I want to flesh out more.
Honestly I wasn't sure how it would be received as it's technically a 'BNHA x reader fic' so I shoehorned in the two characters technically becoming adopted brothers to avoid it. But seeing people's reactions and stuff towards the two made me regret it later lmao.
The fic will relatively follow the same/similar plot points as this fic but will also have new things I wanted to originally add.
I'm not too sure if I'll write the ending similar to this one or potentially push it past that, my interest in BNHA has gone down a whole lot (I have no idea what has happened since finishing this) but I have enjoyed writing the fics tbh.
