The end of the year is drawing near
A time to reflect and spread some cheer
A time to look back on all we've done
And celebrate the victories we've won
We started this journey a year ago
With hopes and dreams, we were ready to go
We faced challenges, both big and small
But we never gave up, we stood tall
We laughed, we cried, we learned and grew
We faced our fears and pushed through
We made mistakes, but we didn't dwell
For every setback, we rose and excelled
Now as we reach the end of this year
Let's take a moment to give a cheer
For all the hard work, for all the strife
For all the lessons that changed our life
Let's raise our glasses, and toast to the end
For every obstacle, we did transcend
We made it through, and we're still standing
Stronger and wiser, our hearts expanding
As we look to the future, with hope and grace,l

For nothing is impossible, so it seems
So here's to the end of another year
