Knowledge is Power

Mazikeen opened her eyes and saw she was back on Cybertron and in the hall of the Primes. She walked in and sat down on the stairs like she did all those weeks ago after Mission City. She looked up when she heard footsteps and smiled at Primus, 

"Hello, old friend,"

Primus chuckled, 

"Hello, my child. How have you been?"

Mazikeen tilted her head, 

"You already know what happened, don't you?"

Primus sighed and nodded before sitting down next to her,

"You have gone through so much in such little time. I requested to check up on you,"

Mazikeen sighed and slumped forward, 

"Primus...How is it that I was chosen? I am nothing special,"

Primus put a hand on her shoulder, 

"You, my dear, are very special. You instantly fought back, you did not have to, you were not required to fight for the Cybertronians you have met. Yet, here you are...one of the first human who cares enough about my children that you have sacrificed so much for them. The All Spark did not decide to bond you with your new-found brothers, or your guardian, Jazz. That, my child, was all you and them."

Mazikeen looked at her, 

"Wait....so how did I dull the bonds? I know I did for the fight I just had,"

Primus chuckled, 

"You simply thought about it. Mazikeen, you are powerful, you are missing something, and you will learn what that something is soon,"

Mazikeen frowned, 

"I can create life...I know I can...but I don't know how,"

Primus put a hand on her shoulder, 

"Mazikeen, do not, as you humans say, overthink everything. Let your instincts take over once in a while,"

Mazikeen sighed and nodded, 

"Okay. I will...but when I wake up, the bonds will be back to normal?"

Primus nodded, 

"As long as you will it to be so, it will be. Do not forget that you are special, Mazikeen Witwicky,"

Mazikeen sighed and wrapped her arms around herself, 

"Why don't I feel special, then?"

Primus smiled softly at her, 

"Because you, my child, doubt yourself. Let your thoughts run free."

Mazikeen slowly nodded, 

"Okay...will they be alright?"

Primus smiled and put a hand on her shoulder, 

"Your family will be alright. Sunstreaker and Sideswipe went to your friends, and Jazz went on a mission,"

Mazikeen nodded and smiled at him, 

"Thank you, Primus...for believing in me,"

Primus smiled and patted her shoulder, 

"You will learn, do not worry,"

Mazikeen nodded, 

"I will learn...I have to have faith,"

Primus smiled and nodded, 

"Correct,"

Mazikeen stood up and Primus did as well, 

"One more thing, Mazikeen,"

Mazikeen nodded her head at him, 

"Yeah?"

Primus smiled at her, 

"Knowledge is power, never forget that,"

Mazikeen nodded as the world around her slowly went dark as she started waking up.
