Kaeya was just roaming around the headquarters with no real goal. He was bored, there wasn't much work to do and the guest from Inazuma have mostly settled in.
I should go tease Diluc for a bit, Kaeya thought, he giggled a bit under his breath just thinking about it. The beautiful Lady Diana getting flustered because of Kaeya's magnificant charm. Kaeya couldn't stop daydreaming about Diluc acting all heated up because of the teasing Kaeya could do to him.
Kaeya got bored and decided to leave the headquarters, and lo and behold, there was his favorite woman, Lady Diana of Fontaine.
"Well hello my beautiful. It is such a sight to see you on a day like this!" Kaeya took a bow sarcastically.
Instead of the usual scornful remarks Diluc would throw, he just stood there silently, and a bit fidgety, Kaeya took notice, and plucked a Dandelion seed from nearby and placed it in Diluc's hair, "What is bothering that pretty face of yours?"
Surprisingly, Diluc didn't swat Kaeya's hand away but just let Kaeya do as he pleased with him. Shocked, Kaeya took this opprotunity to touch Dilucs cheeks and bring his face closer.
Kaeya was considering kissing Diluc to see if he would snap out of it, but Diluc started talking before he had the chance, "Kaeya I have a request from you. It won't be an easy mission, but I promise I will repay it back in full."
That's what he was so worried about? Kaeya smiled, "Anything for my beautiful woman."
